The Tencent Technology Charity Venture Capital Program was initiated by the Tencent Charity Foundation and co-organized by the Social Value Investment Alliance (Shenzhen). The program encourages social professional forces to respond to public welfare pain points and social issues through technical capabilities, advocates technical public welfare, and hopes to use public welfare technology and innovation. The power will help improve operating models and efficiency, and create a new and sustainable public welfare ecological space in the whole society by supporting the replication and expansion of excellent cases. The second phase of the venture capital plan covers seven areas, namely rural revitalization, caring for the elderly and helping the needy, emergency disaster relief, ecological protection, cultural protection, youth development and volunteer services.
