
The National College Student Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Social Practice and Science and Technology Competition is a survey competition for college students 'extracurricular scientific and technological works and social practice under the guidance of the Teaching Steering Committee for Energy and Power in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the National College Student Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Social Practice and Science and Technology Competition Committee. The competition closely focuses on major national needs such as the "double carbon" strategic goal. Under the care and guidance of the Ministry of Education and the active cooperation of universities, it has developed into a national college student practical and innovative activity with a high starting point, many high-quality products, wide coverage and great influence.
The 2023 "CCB Cup" The 16th National College Student Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Social Practice and Technology Competition will be hosted by Southeast University. The following notice is hereby issued:

Closely following the theme of the competition, the works include physical production (including models), software, design and social practice research reports, etc., embodying new ideas, new principles, new methods and new technologies.
Competition rules
Participants: junior college students, undergraduate students, master's students and doctoral students in full-time non-adult education (excluding in-service graduate students). Contestants must form teams to participate in the competition. Participating teams will compete separately according to graduate group and undergraduate group. Those with graduate students participating in the competition will be classified as graduate group, with no more than 7 members in each group. Each participating team will hire no more than 3 instructors. If 3 instructors are hired, one of whom must be an enterprise technician or an interdisciplinary teacher.
Participating units: Universities and colleges are the participating units, and each university is limited to 15 works. Universities can form mixed teams to participate in the competition and submit works, but the works are counted according to the university with the highest signature. When applying for works, the applying university must rank all works for review reference.
Work declaration: The entries must be completed in the current year. Participating teams must complete their works within the specified time and submit their entries on time as required. Those who fail to submit on time will be deemed to have automatically abandoned the competition. Templates such as application forms, instructions and summary tables can be downloaded within the notice on the official website of the competition. The official website will release the first round of notices on March 21, 2023 at www. jienengjianpai. org. The application of this year's works will be paperless.
Work review: The expert committee conducts preliminary review and final review of the work based on its scientific nature, innovation, feasibility and economy, and proposes a list of winners.
Competition schedule and arrangement
Competition registration: Participating units will scan the "College Registration Form" stamped with the official seal of the school before 18:00 on April 10, 2023 and send it to the mailbox of the competition organizing committee in electronic version (PDF file). See the attachment for details of the college registration form, which is subject to the displayed time of the email sent. Failure to submit it via email on time will be regarded as a waiver. If you send multiple emails, the last email before the deadline will prevail. Email name format: [registration]+ university name, example: [registration] Southeast University. Work declaration:
(1) Submit through the website system. All participating universities are requested to submit the application form, instructions and attachments of the competition works online before 24:00 on May 20, 2023. The outdated system will be automatically closed, and those who fail to submit online on time will be deemed to have automatically given up. The competition organizing committee will allocate an account to each participating university to register and upload works. At that time, colleges and universities will submit their student entries online. In order to avoid network congestion caused by centralized uploading of works, please submit the competition entries online as soon as possible. Description: The work requires submission of a 3-5 minute introduction video (the size should not exceed 20MB).
(2) Confirm by email. Please use the school as a unit to send the application form, instructions and other written materials, school summary table, and electronic version (PDF file) of the entries stamped with the school's official seal. Send it to the mailbox of the competition organizing committee before 18:00 on May 27, 2023. All entries must be sorted in the summary table. Subject to the display time of the email sent, failure to submit it via email on time will be regarded as a waiver. Special reminder: Please maintain the same content of the application materials submitted separately in the website system and email confirmation! Please note that in the application materials, participating students, instructors and their ranking shall be subject to the final version of the online system submission deadline. The ranking on the award certificate will be based on this and cannot be changed at will. If there is a typo in the name of a contestant, you can send an email to correct it after a copy of your ID card is stamped with the official seal of the company. If the name of the work needs to be adjusted, it needs to be approved by the National Expert Committee for College Student Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Social Practice and Science and Technology Competition.
Preliminary review of works: The initial time is from May 23 to June 10, 2023. The competition organizing committee organized experts to conduct preliminary reviews of works online.
Expert review: It is initially scheduled to be held from June 16 to June 18, 2023 to determine the list of finalists and other award-winning works.
Work publicity: The works reviewed will be publicized for a period of 10 days.
Final and finals: The national finals are tentatively scheduled to be held at Southeast University from August 3 to August 6, 2023, that is, the final review of the works. The finals will be offline.

Reward
The competition will establish three categories of awards: level award, individual award and excellent organization award.
The grade award includes a special prize (which can be vacant), a first prize, a second prize, and a third prize. The winning proportion of each level will be determined by the competition committee based on the actual situation of the competition scale.
Scientific and technological works and social practice works are selected by track.
Individual awards shall be proposed and established by the expert committee and reported to the competition committee for approval.
An international track group will be set up for this competition, and a separate targeted competition system and rewards will be set up. Experts recommended by the expert committee will conduct the selection. Specific event arrangements will be notified separately.
This competition will set up a single award for the Future Underwater Energy Power Challenge, and set up a separate targeted competition system and rewards. For provinces that hold provincial competitions for energy conservation and emission reduction for college students, this competition will open a dedicated submission channel for recommended works in provincial competitions. If recommended works by colleges and universities are qualified for recommendation in provincial competitions, they can voluntarily choose the provincial submission channel. Recommended works in provincial competitions still occupy the school with a total of 15 indicators, and submitted works will still participate in follow-up online reviews, conference reviews and other procedures.
