• Entrepreneurship Plan-Business registration has not been completed on or before April 20, 2023
• Start-ups-registered on or before April 20, 2023

*Participating categories (Entrepreneurship Plans & Start-ups): Advanced Production, Information Technology, Modern Agriculture, Social Enterprises + Cultural Creativity *Participating group categories (social enterprise + cultural creativity): education and training, tourism and leisure, culture and art

Eligibility: Hong Kong full-time diploma, higher diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree (excluding in-service postgraduate students) Graduates and teachers and students within 5 years of graduation are welcome to sign up for co-creation projects. (Only applicable to start-ups and social enterprises + cultural creativity)

Number of participants: Individual or team (unlimited number of people) Participating members can be formed across institutions, and only the institution with the team leader is the institution affiliated to the project.
