• Start-ups-registered on or before April 20, 2023 Participating categories (Entrepreneurship Plans & Start-ups): Advanced Production, Information Technology, Modern Agriculture, Social Enterprises + Cultural CreativityParticipating group categories (social enterprise + cultural creativity): education and training, tourism and leisure, culture and art Eligibility: Hong Kong full-time diploma, higher diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree (excluding in-service postgraduate students)Graduates and teachers and students within 5 years of graduation are welcome to sign up for co-creation projects. (Only applicable to start-ups and social enterprises + cultural creativity)
