With the deepening of the dual-carbon concept, the level of national green and low-carbon actions directly affects the effect of the implementation of dual-carbon policies. Therefore, this parallel meeting takes the construction of a carbon inclusive mechanism in local dual-carbon construction as the entry point and invites all localities to respond to climate change. Representatives of stakeholders will share and focus on discussing the experiences and challenges of carbon inclusive promotion of consumer-side carbon emission reduction in green and low-carbon transformation. This parallel meeting is hosted by the China Environmental Protection Federation and hosted by the Carbon Inclusive Professional Committee of the China Environmental Protection Federation and Green Puhui Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and will focus on dissemination through the China Environmental Protection Federation media matrix and local government official media.
