On September 22, 2020, my country clarified its "double carbon" development goals for the first time. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important economic growth region in my country. Doing a good job in carbon peaking and carbon neutrality will be of great practical significance for my country to achieve the "double carbon" goal, form a regional low-carbon development model, and achieve high-quality regional economic development. Against the background of dual carbon goals and regional high-quality development, the park, as the core unit of industrial agglomeration development, has become an important platform for promoting the high-quality development of my country's regional economy and regional implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy.
