##Notice on Soliciting Innovation Cases of Green and Low-Carbon Technology Application Scenarios in National High-tech Zone

Relevant national High-tech Zone management committees:
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that promoting green and low-carbon economic and social development is a key link in achieving high-quality development. In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the implementation of the "Implementation Plan for Science and Technology Support for Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization (2022-2030)" and "Implementation Plan for Special Action for Green Development of National High-tech Zones", and further leverage the green development of National High-tech Zones Demonstration and leading role, the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology is now conducting the collection of innovative cases for green and low-carbon technology application scenarios in the National High-tech Zone. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
###1. Scope of solicitation
The green and low-carbon technology application scenarios collected this time should be guided by the "double carbon" goal and guided by the creative application of new green and low-carbon technologies, which will help solve energy conservation and carbon reduction, pollution prevention, industry-city integration, and major green development needs such as livable and inclusive are of great significance to the iterative upgrading of green technologies and the rapid development of green industries.
The green and low-carbon technology application scenarios collected this time should be scientific and technological, typical and applicable, with clear implementation boundaries, leading technical levels, high promotion value, significant economic, social, and ecological benefits, and be beneficial to the country and the region. Green development has a demonstration and leading role. Including but not limited to the following application directions: smart energy management and development and utilization, carbon capture and storage, green manufacturing and zero-carbon factories, green transportation and logistics, green finance, zero-carbon communities, green and low-carbon buildings, etc.
###2. Job requirements
High-tech Zone of all relevant countries should attach great importance to the collection of innovation cases in green and low-carbon technology application scenarios, select and recommend no more than 5 cases in accordance with the notice requirements, and fill in the case summary form (Annex 1). The content of the case should include the basic situation, main practices and results, characteristics and innovation points, etc., and should be focused, the situation is true, the data is accurate, and the expression is smooth (Annex 2).
All relevant national High-tech Zone management committees are requested to submit the word version and pdf stamped version of the annex materials to the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology before June 30, 2023.
