Notice on Publicly Soliciting the 2023 China Energy Conservation Association Innovation Award

All relevant units: In order to commend and reward organizations and individuals that have made outstanding contributions in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction applied research in my country, promote technological progress in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction, and promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, our association established the "China Energy Conservation Association Innovation Award" in 2013, which is qualified to nominate the National Science and Technology Award. At present, our association has carried out eight awards, accepting 1016 applications and awarding 296 awards, including 6 National Science and Technology Awards nominated and 1 National Technological Invention Award. In order to do a good job in the application for the 2023 China Energy Conservation Association Science and Technology Awards, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "China Energy Conservation Association Innovation Awards Review Measures", matters related to the application for the 2023 Association Science and Technology Awards are hereby notified as follows: 1. Award categories

After research by the review committee, the innovation awards of China Energy Conservation Association have been established in three categories: Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Technological Progress Award, Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Technology Invention Award, and Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Enterprise Contribution Award. 2. Declaration conditions

The Scientific and Technological Progress Award should meet the following conditions: (1) Outstanding technological innovation: There are important innovations in technology, forming leading technologies or famous brands in the industry (profession) or a certain field of engineering construction, or using high-tech to upgrade and transform traditional industries, increasing the technical content of the industry; The technical difficulty is relatively high, solving hot, difficult and key issues in the development of the industry; (2) Significant economic or social benefits: After extensive implementation and application, great economic or social benefits have been generated, and the market value or social value of technological innovation has been realized. (3) It has an obvious role in promoting scientific and technological progress in the industry: it has a high degree of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, has strong demonstration, driving and diffusion capabilities, and promotes the adjustment, optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and the upgrading of products. The technical invention award should meet the following conditions: (1) The application results for the Technological Invention Award should be advanced, and their main performance (characteristics), technical and economic indicators, scientific and technological level and its role and significance in promoting scientific and technological progress should be comprehensively superior to similar technologies. (2) The application results of the Technical Invention Award shall be implemented and applied for more than two years to achieve good application results. Enterprise contribution awards should meet the following basic conditions: (1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and abide by the national Constitution and other laws and regulations; (2) Enterprises registered for more than 3 years; (3) Leading the industry in technical level, actively transforming energy-saving technological achievements into productivity, and successfully launching new products (processes, services) in the past 2 years; (4) The operating income in the previous year reached 50 million yuan; (5) Actively spread long-term support for energy conservation and environmental protection concepts, participate in energy conservation activities, attach importance to energy conservation and emission reduction, and meet relevant national requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection. (6) The amount of energy saving can be measured. 3. Not within the scope of declaration

(1) It does not fall within the scope of the Innovation Award of the China Energy Conservation Association; (2) The "Declaration Form" is seriously inaccurate; (3) Has won or is applying for the National Science and Technology Award; (4) The total project has won or is applying for the National Science and Technology Award, and its special sub-project has also applied for the China Energy Conservation Association Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Technology Invention Award or Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Science and Technology Progress Award; (5) Has won the Innovation Award of the China Energy Conservation Association or other provincial and ministerial awards. 4. Application channels for the Innovation Award of China Energy Conservation Association

(1) Recommended by scientific research institutes and universities; (2) Industry associations, local associations, and professional committees of China Energy Conservation Association Recommend; (3) Recommended by other enterprises and institutions; (4) Independent declaration.
