###Introduction to the Organizer: YSI (Young Sustainable Impact) originated in Norway and is committed to supporting outstanding young people in addressing sustainability challenges through business innovation. Over the past five years, YSI has organized various events such as the Earth Transformation Summit, business training camps, sustainability sharing sessions, and sustainability debates. Through practical actions, it responds to global calls and has developed a new incubation model for youth innovation and entrepreneurship that integrates sustainability goals with business models. YSI established a branch in Shanghai, China, in 2018, and to date has incubated 27 startups across fields including education, circular economy, health, and rural empowerment.

Overview of the Summit:YSI will officially launch the 2023 YSI Earth Transformation Summit on March 3, 2023. After participating in business competitions and training, attendees will design business projects aligned with the concept of “sustainable development.” Under the guidance of mentors and investors, they will optimize their projects, develop business models, and create product prototypes, ultimately completing the project design and presenting it in a business pitch. In the later stages of incubation, a 4–5 day offline Transformators Summit will be held. Focusing on sustainability themes, it will bring together professionals from various industries through roundtable discussions, workshops, and company visits to foster meaningful exchanges of ideas.
