This conference was co-sponsored by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Engineering, Journal of China Academy of Engineering, Frontiers of Engineering Management, Journal of China Academy of Engineering, and Journal of China Engineering Science, with Academician Ding Lieyun serving as the chairman of the conference. This conference aims to bring together well-known academicians and experts in the field, leading talents of central energy enterprises, and heads of innovation departments to conduct in-depth discussions on the top-level plan for my country's carbon neutrality transformation, the guarantee mechanism for energy security, and the scientific design of relevant innovation policies. This conference will set up conference reports and "Low-Carbon Transportation Systems and Climate Adaptability Risk Control","Carbon Neutralization Transformation Paths and Energy Security","Carbon Neutralization, Industry, Research and Government Collaborative Innovation", and "China Academy of Engineering Journal Engineering&FEM Journal" sub-forum.
