###Competition Purpose:
The "Implementation Plan for the Construction of a National Education System for Green and Low-Carbon Development" clearly states that green and low-carbon development must be integrated into campus construction as the goal. Priority should be given to the adoption of new energy-saving and emission reduction technology products in campus construction, guide teachers and students in the education system to firmly establish the concept of green and low-carbon development, and lay a solid ideological and action foundation for achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. This competition is titled Guangzhou Science and Education City Cultural Science and Technology Museum and Guangzhou City Public Utilities Senior Technical School Society Complex to accelerate the low-carbon development of school buildings and further promote the large-scale application of renewable energy in school construction.

###Award settings and reward forms:
First prize works: One first prize works were selected from two projects, and a total of 2 people were awarded trophies, certificates and a bonus of RMB 100000 (before tax);
Second prize works: A total of 4 candidates were judged from two projects, and trophies, certificates and a bonus of RMB 20000 (before tax) were awarded;
Third prize works: A total of 6 candidates were judged in two projects, and trophies, certificates and a bonus of RMB 5000 (before tax) were awarded;
Excellence Award Works: A total of 20 candidates were evaluated in two projects, and trophies, certificates and a RMB 1000 bonus (before tax) will be awarded;
Shortlisted works: A total of 30 candidates were evaluated from two projects and certificates were issued
Technical special award: There is no limit to the number of places, and certificates will be issued.
Design Creativity Award: There is no limit on the number of places and certificates will be issued.
###Entry requirements:
Architectural design institutes, universities, research institutions, R & D and production enterprises and other units are welcome to organize professionals to form competition groups to participate in the competition.
Contestants are requested to visit www.isbdc.cn and fill in the registration form according to the specified steps. After submitting, they will receive a unique registration number, which is the work number, and each work corresponds to a registration number. When submitting a work, mark the registration number in the upper left corner of each work, with a character height of 6 mm. Registration time is from March 25, 2023 to August 15, 2023.
Contestants agree to the organizing committee to publicly publish, publish, display and apply their works.
Authors who are included in the award-winning works collection shall cooperate with the organizing committee to adjust their works accordingly according to the publication requirements.

Electronic files of entries must be submitted to the Organizing Committee before September 15, 2023. Contestants are requested to visit www.isbdc.cn and upload the files. No other submission methods are accepted.
No marked content related to author information may appear in the work, otherwise it will be regarded as an invalid work.
The organizing committee will announce the selection results and evaluation status online in a timely manner, organize and publish the award-winning works, and commend and reward the winners.
Within 30 days after the first publication of the award-winning collection, the organizing committee will present 2 copies of sample booklets to the creative team of the award-winning works.

According to relevant laws and regulations of China, the organizer believes that any "contestant" or "author" who voluntarily submits a work has made the following irrevocable declaration on the copyright ownership of the submitted work:
The entries are original works of the contestants and do not infringe on any patents, copyrights, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights of anyone else; the work has not been publicly published in newspapers, magazines, websites and other media, has not applied for patents or registered copyright, and has not participated in other competitions and has not entered commercial channels in any form. Contestants guarantee that their entries will not participate in other design competitions or be transferred to others in the form of the same work for life. Otherwise, the organizer will cancel their qualifications for participating in, shortlisted and winning competitions, withdraw bonuses and prizes, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities.
In order to more widely promote the results of the competition, all copyrights of all participating works, except for the author's authorship, belong to the competition organizer and naming unit, including but not limited to the following ways to exercise copyright: enjoy the right to redesign, produce, sell, display, publish and promote the competition work plan; enjoy the right to use it yourself and authorize others to use the participating works for on-site construction. The competition organizer has the rights to display and promote all entries. No other unit or individual (including the contestants themselves) may transfer, copy, reprint, disseminate, excerpt, publish, distribute, license, etc. the work in any form without authorization. Contestants agree that the competition organizer and naming unit will sign the author when using the participating works, and at the same time, the works will be treated technically in accordance with the requirements of publication or construction. No entries will be refunded.

All parties participating in this competition (including contestants, judges and organizing committee members) will indicate that they have accepted the above requirements.
Participants in this competition must accept the review decision of the jury as the final competition result.
The Organizing Committee has the final right to interpret the competition.
