Lihe Science and Technology Innovation (Foshan) Science and Technology Park is located in the core area of Foshan High-tech Zone. It is an international science and technology innovation park carefully built by Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute in Foshan. It has an international scientific and technological innovation incubation base and scientific and technological achievement transformation base established by Lihe Science and Technology Innovation in Foshan. The park covers an area of about 300 acres and is built around a 200-acre reservoir with a construction area of 320,000 square meters. The first phase of the 140,000 ㎡ innovation carrier was put into use in early 2015, and the second phase of the 180,000 ㎡ innovation carrier was put into use in October 2021. The Science and Technology Park enjoys the cultural and ecological environment of Nanhai University Town. It has a well-developed transportation network, and is fully equipped with educational resources and commercial supporting facilities.

The Science and Technology Park aims to build a world-class and domestically leading international innovation and technology park integrating industry, learning, research and investment. Relying on the mature scientific and technological innovation incubation system and successful experience of Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute and Lihe Science and Technology Innovation Group, Foshan has established a scientific and technological innovation incubation system that is closely integrated with local industries, and has built a full-chain incubation service carrier of "Mass Innovation Space + Incubator + Accelerator/Cross-Border Acceleration + Industrial Park".

The Science and Technology Park is committed to building an innovation incubation system that deeply integrates industry, academia and research, and has established innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms such as national-level incubators, national-level innovation spaces, international technology transfer centers, and Nanhai Business School; it has established and gathered academician workstations of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University, and a number of innovation platforms such as the Intelligent Manufacturing Research Center, Foshan China Invention Achievements Transformation Research Institute, and Guangdong National Defense Science and Technology Industry Technological Achievements Industrialization Application Promotion Center; Four venture capital institutions including venture capital funds have been established.

Focusing on the national innovation-driven development strategy, the Science and Technology Park has gathered a number of strategic emerging industry projects supported by the state such as new materials, high-end equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, and electronic information. At present, the Science and Technology Park has introduced and incubated more than 300 enterprises in the park, including 32 high-tech enterprises, and has introduced and cultivated more than 30 provincial, municipal and district innovation and entrepreneurship team projects, including 2 "Pearl River Talents of Guangdong Province" team projects, all of which have been industrialized in the Science and Technology Park. The Science and Technology Park has built 15 engineering technology centers at all levels, provinces and cities, and the incubation companies have applied for nearly 1,000 patents. Through investment platforms such as incubator seed funds and venture capital funds, the Science and Technology Park has invested more than 400 million yuan in entrepreneurial projects and completed more than 30 investment projects.
