Notice on Soliciting Participants for the Development of the Group Standard “Technical Guidelines for Dual-Carbon Systems Based on Blockchain Technology”

To all relevant organizations: In accordance with the management regulations for group standards of the China Energy Conservation Association, the group standard “Technical Guidelines for Dual-Carbon Systems Based on Blockchain Technology” (planned code: TB-20230007) has been included in the development (revision) plan. This standard is under the responsibility of the Carbon Neutrality Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association. To make the development of standards more scientific, rational, comprehensive, and actionable, and to ensure the timely completion of projects, the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association will establish a Standards Compilation Committee. Representative key enterprises and experts from the industry will be invited to serve as drafting units and drafters. We are now seeking organizations to contribute to the development of the group standard “Technical Guidelines for Dual-Carbon Systems Based on Blockchain Technology.” Relevant parties are welcome to actively participate in standard formulation to jointly promote industry progress.
