    ##Notice on Collecting High-Quality Typical Cases of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Our Province Municipal Development and Reform Commissions, Ningbo City Energy Bureau, and relevant units: In order to further promote the transformation of distributed photovoltaic development pilot to demonstration in entire counties (cities, districts) in our province, and accelerate the implementation of the energy green and low-carbon development and supply and price stabilization project in Zhejiang Province, after research, we have publicly solicited high-quality typical cases of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects from the province. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

    1. Collection scope

    This solicitation mainly includes two categories: single construction projects and overall promotion projects. Among them, individual construction projects can be divided into safety compliance categories, environmental coordination categories, energy supply guarantee categories, digital intelligence efficiency categories, and innovation leadership categories. 1. Individual construction project

    Safety compliance category: The project is compliant for filing, reasonable in design, standardized in installation, qualified in acceptance, stable in operation, and timely in maintenance, in compliance with the "Guidelines for Promoting the Development of Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic in Entire Counties (Cities, Districts) of Zhejiang Province" and other relevant standards and specifications. Strong risk prevention measures have been taken in terms of structural safety, electrical safety, fire safety and personnel protection safety to effectively protect users 'assets and personal safety. Environmental coordination category: The project construction is in line with the overall urban and rural planning, making full use of idle resources of industrial, commercial, civil, public, transportation, agricultural and other buildings and structures and urban supporting infrastructure, integrating it with production and life, and coordinating it with surrounding buildings and landscapes. Photovoltaic modules are arranged according to the principles of centralized priority, neat symmetry, harmonious color tones, and unified appearance, or photovoltaic tiles and photovoltaic curtain walls with harmonious ecological landscapes are applied. Energy supply guarantee category: Photovoltaic power generation projects are coupled with enterprise production and matched with user-side energy storage to enhance system stability. The project actively participates in the response to power grid demand. The regional power peak shaving effect is obvious. It effectively supports energy security through peak-shifting power consumption and effectively ensures the safe and stable production of enterprises. While solving the problem of enterprises 'own electricity shortage, they also reduce their own electricity costs, with significant economic benefits. Digital and intelligent efficient category: The project adopts digital and intelligent innovative products and advanced technologies. Through a digital and intelligent efficient and full life cycle operation and maintenance management model, it improves the power generation efficiency of the system, ensures the durability and reliability of the project, and realizes cross-regional and digital management of the project. It has good economic, social and environmental benefits, and plays a good role in demonstrating and driving the high-quality development of the industry. Innovation-leading category: In the diversified application scenarios of "photovoltaic + public buildings","photovoltaic + industry","photovoltaic + infrastructure", as well as "photovoltaic +" such as photovoltaic building integration, photovoltaic energy storage integration, and household photovoltaics, innovation Form flexible and changeable solutions and development models, which have significant effects on maximizing the utilization of resources, improving economy, and promoting green and low-carbon energy development, and have outstanding highlights and industry promotion value. (2) Coordinate and promote projects

    Make overall planning for the large-scale development of distributed photovoltaic in industrial parks, villages and towns, public institutions and other application scenarios, with government guidance and market leadership in parallel, and unified implementation, unified layout, unified design, unified supervision, and unified acceptance in accordance with standards and specifications., unified operation and maintenance, with good implementation effect.

    2. Inclusion criteria

    (1) Solicitation objects

    This solicitation can be the project investment owner or construction owner as the reporting unit, or the township and park management committee as the reporting unit. There is no limit to the case subject. (2) Solicitation requirements

    1. The case should be typical, representative and replicable, focusing on one or more points in the six categories of solicitation scope, with distinctive highlights, reflecting innovation and efficiency, and has achieved remarkable results.

    2. Case incisions should be small and the content should be specific. They can include model exploration, technological innovation, key demonstrations, project construction, regionalization promotion, etc., and the results should be supported by quantitative data as much as possible.

    3. The case length should not exceed 1000 words, and supplementary materials such as pictures and videos can be attached as needed.

    4. Each entire county (city, district) promotes the pilot county (city, district) to submit at least one typical case. (3) Solicitation arrangements

    5. Each application entity fills in the application form (Annex 1) as required, attaches relevant supporting materials, and submits them to the Municipal Development and Reform Commissions (Energy Bureaux). Each city will summarize relevant cases and report them to the Provincial Energy Bureaux before May 15.

    6. The Provincial Energy Bureau will organize experts to review and conduct on-site inspections on the reported cases, and determine the list of high-quality typical cases of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in Zhejiang Province in 2023 based on the quality of the reported cases to form a case collection.

    3. Relevant requirements

    All localities should strengthen line work guidance, strengthen case screening and do a good job in case collection in conjunction with the promotion of distributed photovoltaic development pilots throughout counties (cities, districts).
