##Introduction to the Conference In recent years, my country has attached great importance to the development of the hydrogen energy industry and introduced a series of policies and measures to encourage the development of hydrogen energy. Energy Technology Revolution and Innovation Action Plan (2016-2030)"incorporates" hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology innovation "into the national energy strategy; In March 2022, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration jointly issued the "Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)", deploying important measures to promote the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry and goals for various stages of industrial development, proposing that my country's hydrogen energy industry is showing a positive development trend, and has initially mastered hydrogen energy preparation, storage and transportation, hydrogenation, major technologies and production processes such as fuel cells and system integration have achieved small-scale demonstration and application of fuel cell vehicles in some areas. There are more than 300 industrial enterprises above designated size in the entire industrial chain, concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other regions. As the implementation of national strategies accelerates, policies and capital empower hydrogen energy industries in various places. With the continuous promotion of the "double carbon" strategy, policies have blossomed at multiple points and enterprises have increased investment. In 2023, the development of my country's hydrogen energy industry will enter a new historical period. WNEVC 2023 will continue to plan and organize a special forum in the field of hydrogen energy-the Low-Carbon Hydrogen Energy Technology Innovation and Promotion and Application Forum. The conference will focus on the application and development of innovative and low-carbon hydrogen energy technologies and discuss their aspects in energy production, storage, transportation and utilization. Application, analyze the opportunities and challenges of hydrogen energy technology in mitigating climate change, promoting energy transformation, and injecting development momentum.
