With the in-depth advancement of the "double carbon" goal and the full implementation of the Digital China Strategy, the park, as the core carrier of urban and industrial development, is ushering in a critical period of green, low-carbon, and digital intelligent transformation. Zero-carbon parks are not only an important starting point for achieving the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, but also a core platform for promoting high-quality development of the regional economy and building a green and low-carbon cyclic development system.

In order to systematically solve outstanding contradictions such as "lack of standards, fragmentation of technology, insufficient coordination, and poor investment and financing" during the construction of zero-carbon parks, the Low-Carbon Smart Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") is preparing to establish zero-carbon The Park Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Zero Carbon Park Special Committee"), as a second-level organization directly under the Alliance, is responsible for promoting park-level carbon neutrality technological innovation, standard setting and industrial collaboration.

The smart zero-carbon park is the ultimate testing ground and large-scale export for the systematic reconstruction of urban spatial value driven by "smart" and "low-carbon" wheels. The "White Paper on Innovation and Development of Smart Zero-Carbon Parks (2026)"(hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper") is planned to be organized and compiled by the Alliance and the Special Committee of the Zero Carbon Parks, and is planned to be publicly released to the entire industry in 2026.

The "White Paper" will innovatively propose a complete solution architecture system for the "Smart Zero Carbon Park" based on AI (Artificial Intelligence) for the first time, and is the first in China based on park planning, industrial system, transportation system, energy system, infrastructure, and park buildings., integrated carbon management platform, operation management, carbon inclusion, and financial empowerment, aiming to provide park builders, park operators, investment institutions, Technology companies and others provide forward-looking and systematic theoretical and practical guidance.

  1. Collection objects

(1) Participating units in the "White Paper on Innovation and Development of Smart Zero-Carbon Parks"

Units with relevant professional capabilities and practical experience in the ten major dimensions of smart zero-carbon park planning, industrial system, transportation system, energy system, infrastructure, park buildings, comprehensive carbon management platform, operation management, carbon inclusion, and financial empowerment are welcome to apply to become a participating unit in the white paper and deeply participate in the discussion and writing of relevant content.

(2) Excellent cases of the "White Paper on Innovation and Development of Smart Zero-Carbon Parks"

Smart low-carbon/zero-carbon park cases should focus on the deep integration of "wisdom" and "low-carbon/zero-carbon", and be innovative, effective and demonstration value. The park needs to complete completion acceptance and be put into use (in principle, the time for operation is more than one year). It has good low-carbon operation results, has clear and quantifiable energy conservation and emission reduction effects, economic benefits or social benefit data support, and does not contain confidential content. There are no records of major safety and environmental protection violations and breaches of trust. Cases should be advanced, innovative and representative, and have strong reference significance and promotion value for similar types of parks.
