On July 26, the Jinmao J-SPEED Innovation Platform, in collaboration with Huawei Cloud’s Global Startup Ecosystem and Shenzhen Angel Mother Fund, invited industry partners such as CapitaLand Group and Qidu Technology Transfer to hold an innovation ecosystem exchange meeting for “digital smart malls”. The event aimed to explore innovative ecosystems for commercial real estate from perspectives including industry collaboration, cloud-based growth, capital support, and ecosystem partnerships.

Requirement ReleaseJinmao’s business and real estate industry partners are fully opening up their scenario resources, seeking industry collaborations with enterprises to promote the implementation of innovative applications by external tech companies. This will help create new digital smart business experiences for the future, while reducing costs and enhancing efficiency in malls through technological empowerment. The main requirements are as follows:

1. Building management and energy conservation (high-efficiency air conditioning systems, energy-saving lighting, energy consumption management platforms, precise operation and maintenance, etc.)
2. Commercial digital content (digital art for large screens, digital marketing, consumer interactions, etc.)
3. Digitalization and automation in mall operations (space asset management, operational management and property management using machines instead of human labor)

Activity Process

Recruitment for pitch sessionsThis event will focus on the “smart digital malls” sector and is open to technology companies in the commercial real estate industry. It includes sessions for “pitch presentations” and “open discussions,” where each company will have 5 minutes to introduce their products, technologies, and solutions, followed by interactions with industry partners, Huawei Cloud’s startup ecosystem, investors, and other enterprises.

The registration for pitch sessions is now open. Startups and technical teams in related fields are welcome to apply. The deadline for registration is July 19.
