#"Lingang Cup" 10th "Creating Youth" Shanghai Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
##1. Basic situation
The "Creating Youth" project is one of the theme activities of Shanghai's five-year action plan for youth to "Create a City with Vitality" and has been held for nine consecutive times so far. The aim is to improve the environment for youth entrepreneurship and innovation, focusing on cultivating a group of outstanding young talents who bravely stand at the forefront of innovation and strive to be entrepreneurial pioneers. The Communist Youth League and Youth Federation organizations at all levels in the city use the "Creating Youth" project as a carrier to continuously integrate entrepreneurial service agencies, entrepreneurial parks, venture capital funds, entrepreneurial mentors and other resources to build innovation and entrepreneurship display exchanges, resource docking, project incubation and other platforms for young people., from which to explore innovative and entrepreneurial projects and outstanding young talents that are in line with Shanghai's industrial development orientation.

##3. Timing
The competition launching ceremony (mid-August), the Shanghai competition launching ceremony was held and the registration system was opened.
Project registration (August)
(1) Sign up through the registration entrance of the "Create Youth" Shanghai Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition;
(2) Organize recommendations and registration through the Youth League District Committee, the Dayu Youth League Working Committee, the Youth League Committee of various universities, and the Youth League Branch of Lingang related parks;
(3) Registration through recommendations from various industry associations, industry experts and entrepreneurial mentors;
(4) Social registration through each "Dream Creation Workshop" youth center.
Project review and expert review (in late September), the Secretariat will conduct a preliminary material review of all registered projects and select participating projects that meet the conditions of each track and submit them to the review committee. The judging committee organized expert judges from different fields to conduct targeted reviews of project materials based on the characteristics of each track, and selected 30 semi-race events in each track.
Unit competition semi-match-project interview (early October). Each track project team (no more than 3 people) will conduct a collective interview with the judges and select the top 20 of each track.
Unit competition finals-project roadshow (mid-October). The main person in charge of each track project will use an on-site roadshow format (5 minutes for players to explain +3 minutes for judges to ask questions). The review committee will score based on the performance of the players and comprehensively evaluate the opinions of various parties. The weight evaluation will be carried out to determine the awards for each track (1 for the first prize, 2 for the second prize, and 3 for the third prize).
The finals of the competition-"Creating Youth" Shanghai Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp (mid-October). The main project leaders participated in the training camp in a unified manner. After course study, comprehensive evaluation, and final road show, the winning projects in the finals were decided.

###(1) Digital Economy Unit Competition
(Organizer: Pudong Youth League Committee, Qingpu Youth League Committee)
Including expanding new digital industries (digital health, intelligent manufacturing, low-carbon energy, digital retail, digital finance, smart cities cultivating new data elements (data products and services, digital content, digital trade, digital design, digital security), improving digital new Infrastructure (software and algorithms, cloud-native and intelligent computing, new generation networks, blockchain) and other directions. At the same time, we focus on promoting future intelligent industry directions such as breakthroughs in research and development and industrialization of big language models, artificial intelligence, data security, commercial aerospace, intelligent computing, general AI, extended reality (XR), quantum technology, 6G and other technologies, and provide a smarter, more reliable, and more integrated technology base.
###(2) Green and Low-Carbon Unit Competition

Including key cutting-edge technologies such as new energy and efficient energy storage, localization and low-cost of key components of energy equipment, improvement of energy efficiency levels of energy-using equipment, steel-related green and low-carbon industries, new energy vehicles, hydrogen energy industry, green materials, carbon trading and carbon finance, carbon capture and applications, smart grids and other directions. Focus on future energy industry directions such as breakthroughs in research and development and industrialization of advanced nuclear energy, new energy storage and other technologies. In addition, it also focuses on the digitalization of manufacturing, low-carbon manufacturing, and the synergy of digitalization and low-carbon manufacturing, focusing on the digital and intelligent upgrading of "3+6" key industries, new digital infrastructure facilities, industrial Internet platforms, and industrial software autonomy in key industries. Intelligent factory incremental quality improvement, in-depth collaboration of industrial chain and supply chain, digital transformation of industrial parks, and service ecosystem construction projects; Focus on green manufacturing demonstration projects such as green and low-carbon technological innovation, low-carbon transformation of energy consumption, low-carbon transformation of key industries, comprehensive utilization of resources, green parks and green factories; focus on low-carbon traction to drive digitalization and digitalization to achieve low-carbon, digital and low-carbon integration of new technology fields and new industrial direction projects.

Focusing on the technical aspects of "metaverse" content, storage, transmission and terminals, we focus on the two main directions of immersive technology and Web3 technology, and focus on key technology fields such as immersive audio and video, immersive computing, new displays, perceptual interaction and blockchain. At the same time, we pay attention to the widespread application of big data and artificial intelligence, and explore the transformation of project results of comprehensive innovation, deep learning and artificial intelligence in mathematics, computer science and various disciplines.

Including modern medical care, medical devices, medical services, drug research and development and manufacturing biotechnology, beautiful health and other industrial fields and directions. Focus on future health industry direction projects such as breakthroughs in research and development and industrialization of brain-computer interfaces, biosafety, synthetic biology, gene and cell therapy.

It includes six major terminal products, including intelligent connected vehicles, intelligent robots, virtual reality interactive terminals, smart home terminals, smart wearable terminals and Xinchuang terminals, and focuses on promoting breakthroughs and industrialization of high-end film materials, high-performance composite materials and other technologies in the future. The direction of the materials industry provides basic and strategic support for smart terminals, high-end equipment, etc. In addition, it also pays attention to the use of high-end equipment in future space industries such as promoting breakthroughs in research and development and industrialization of technologies such as deep-sea exploration and mining, aerospace utilization, etc.
