The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have successively issued two top-level designs: "Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of New Development Concepts and Doing a Good Job in Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization" and "Carbon Peak Plan before 2030", which reflect my country's confidence and determination to promote carbon emission reduction. However, in the process of promoting the smooth realization of the dual carbon goals, we must base ourselves on our country's energy resource endowment, insist on establishing first and then breaking, and implement the carbon peak action step by step in a planned manner. While promoting the dual carbon goal, economic development must be promoted in a coordinated manner. Industrial factories are an important pillar of a country's economic development and the basis for driving the development of other industries. Building a "zero-carbon factory" has become a key path for local companies to seek to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, achieve net-zero emissions in the value chain, and move towards zero-carbon development.

In order to actively respond to the call of the country, promote the early realization of the dual carbon goals, and actively create a "zero-carbon factory," the Carbon Neutralization Professional Committee of China Energy Conservation Association and Anhui Province Energy Conservation Association are scheduled to hold a carbon peak carbon neutrality policy presentation and a "zero-carbon factory" creation project exchange meeting in Hefei, Anhui Province from 14:00 to 17:30 on April 23.
