1. Work content
Focus on continuing to deepen the battle against pollution and the main indicator requirements of national ecological and environmental protection, strengthen innovation drive, break through key core technical processes of environmental protection equipment and technical bottlenecks in supporting parts, materials, pharmaceuticals and other fields, and strengthen the application of advanced and applicable environmental protection equipment in metallurgy, Chemical industry, building materials, light industry, textiles, electroplating and other key fields, and continuously improve the level of standardization, complete sets, automation, and greening of environmental protection equipment. The declared technical equipment must meet the following conditions:
(1) The technical equipment industry is leading and is in the development, application or promotion stage. Among them, the development category refers to technical equipment that has achieved major technological breakthroughs through independent research and development, technology introduction, etc., and has been preliminarily verified by users; the application category refers to technical equipment that is leading domestically, has industry-leading role and market application prospects, and has achieved industrialized production; the promotion category refers to technical equipment with mature and reliable technology, great promotion potential, economic applicability, and successful application cases.
(2) The technical equipment meets the requirements of relevant product quality standards and technical specifications for acceptance of environmental protection facilities. After application, the pollutant control is better than the requirements of national pollution emission standards, or better than the special emission limits of key areas, key river basins, and key industries. relevant requirements.
(3) The scope of application includes air pollution prevention and control, water pollution prevention and control, soil pollution restoration, solid waste treatment, noise and vibration control, special instruments and meters for environmental monitoring, special materials and pharmaceuticals for environmental pollution prevention and control, environmental pollution emergency treatment, and environmental pollution prevention and control equipment. Special parts and components, pollution reduction and carbon reduction coordinated disposal. Encourage the recommendation of technical equipment for desulfurization, denitrification, fine particulate matter, volatile organic compound treatment and collaborative control of multiple pollutants, water treatment technical equipment such as high-salt industrial wastewater, electroplating wastewater, and landfill leachate, efficient dewatering and treatment of sludge, and technical equipment such as heavy metal pollution control, rural water pollution and garbage disposal, medical waste treatment, waste incineration fly ash, and aluminum ash treatment.
