  1. Introduction to the event

The China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is co-sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and hosted by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee. It is my country's first city-level innovation and entrepreneurship competition. This competition is divided into six industries: electronic information, Internet and mobile Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials.

  1. Eligibility

Competitors who have won the first, second, third and second prizes in the finals of previous China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions and the 2019-2021 Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Industry Finals will not participate in this competition; Competitors who have won the first, second and third prizes in the industry finals of previous China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions (hereinafter referred to as the National Competition) will not be selected to participate in the national industry finals.

  1. Participation amount

(1) A maximum subsidy of 500,000 yuan. (2) The roadshow has multiple investment bosses present, making it easier to obtain direct investment. (3) After the application is successful, you can apply for Shenzhen entrepreneurship funding separately, and the reward subsidy standard is 500,000 - 1 million yuan.

  1. Entry conditions

This competition is divided into two categories: enterprise group and team group:

(1) Enterprise Group

  1. The company has innovative capabilities and high growth potential. It is mainly engaged in high-tech product research and development, manufacturing, production and services. It has intellectual property rights and has no property rights disputes;
  2. Register a business in Shenzhen or Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone;
  3. The company has standardized business operations, good social reputation, and no bad records;
  4. Not included in the list of scientific research integrity abnormalities;

(2) Team group

  1. Entrepreneurial teams with scientific and technological innovation achievements and entrepreneurial plans that have not yet been registered in Shenzhen or the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone before the registration deadline for this competition (such as entrepreneurs returning from overseas study, outstanding scientific and technological teams entering the entrepreneurship implementation stage, college student entrepreneurship team, etc.);

  2. The core team has no less than 2 members (inclusive);

  3. It is planned to register and establish a company in Shenzhen or Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone within one year after the game;

  4. The products, technologies, and patents in the participating projects belong to the participating teams, and there are no property rights disputes;

  5. Not included in the list of scientific research integrity abnormalities.

  6. Competition Regulations

  7. The same competitor or the same event may not register repeatedly in each pre-selected competition area.

  8. When a team group signs up for the competition, the words "company" shall not appear in the team name or project name.

  9. The competition organizing committee formulates the "Registration Instructions" for the competition, and all contestants must promise to strictly abide by them. If the following circumstances occur, it will be deemed to have automatically waived all rights and interests in the competition (including competition bonuses, honors, entrepreneurial funding and other government support):

(1) The participating projects do not belong to the six industries: electronic information, Internet and mobile Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials; (2) The products, technologies and related patents of the participating events do not belong to the participating teams, there is a property rights dispute, and the entry materials provided are false; (3) When participating in all competitions and national competitions, all shortlisted companies and teams fail to sign in within the time limit or fail to prepare relevant entry materials as required; (4) The winner fails to submit the award winning materials as required or fails to submit relevant materials on time.

Industry finals award quota

Set at 180, with a total bonus of 9.6 million yuan. When players win different awards, bonuses can be won at the same time. The industry finals were sorted from high to low according to the competition results, and a total of 54 winners from each industry were decided (6 winners from the enterprise group in each industry and 3 winners from the team group). Bonuses were set up and rewards were awarded to the winners. In addition, 126 excellence awards will be set (14 winners in each industry enterprise group and 7 winners in the team group. If the last place has the same score, it can be increased accordingly), and no bonuses will be set.

(2) Qualifications

(1) Registration

Registration method: Log in to the competition official website to register. The national competition, Shenzhen Innovation Competition, and qualifiers only need to register once, and you will have the opportunity to advance to participate in the third-level competition. Competitors can choose which qualifying tournament they want to participate in. Each event organizer can manage and share the registration data of this event. (2) Participation

The competition is divided into six industries: electronic information, Internet and mobile Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials, and the competition is conducted according to enterprise groups and team groups. The competition is divided into five stages: registration, qualifiers, semi-finals, industry finals, and finals. The competition organizing committee organized and held three rounds of semi-finals, industry finals, and finals to determine the first, second, third, and third prizes in the industry finals of the enterprise group/team group, the first, third, and other awards. 1. The qualifiers will be led by all districts in Shenzhen, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen Research Institute of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Wuhan University. 2. Teams and companies recommended by the qualifiers to participate in the semi-finals must go through at least two rounds of competition, and one of the rounds must be selected through on-site defense and on-site scoring.

(3) Semi-finals

  1. The semi-finals are organized by the competition organizing committee and compete in six industries: electronic information, Internet and mobile Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials. The time and place of the semi-finals will be announced on the official website of the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission. 2. The competition organizing committee allocates the number of shortlisted semi-finals in each pre-selected competition area based on the situation of each qualifying competition and the number of participating events. The semi-finals will be held in a scale of about 470 enterprise groups and about 230 team groups. 3. The semi-final review expert group consists of 3 investment experts and 2 technical experts. 4. The semi-finals adopt closed review and are divided into two parts: on-site roadshow or video roadshow judges 'question and answer sessions. The competition time for each player is 15 minutes (8 minutes for the road show and 7 minutes for the judges 'questions and answers), and the final score will be announced on the spot after the review. 5. After all the semi-finals competitions are over, the competition organizing committee ranks the companies and teams that will advance to the industry finals based on the semi-finals results of the players from highest to lowest. There are a total of 240 promotion places in the industry finals (excluding college qualifiers), with 25 for each industry enterprise group and 15 for each team group. When the ranking results are tied for the last place, they will also advance to the industry finals. The promotion list will be announced on the official website of the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission. 6. The competition organizing committee recommends enterprises for promotion according to the allocated quotas in the Shenzhen Division of the National Competition and relevant regulations. After all the semi-finals competitions are over, the competition organizing committee ranks the players from highest to lowest based on the semi-finals results, and also refers to the results of the industry finals or qualifiers to select the companies that will advance to the national competition.

(4) Industry finals

  1. The industry finals are organized by the competition organizing committee, and the competitions are divided into six industries: electronic information, Internet and mobile Internet, biomedicine, advanced manufacturing, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, and new materials. The time and place of the industry finals will be announced on the official website of the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission. 2. The industry finals will be held on a scale of about 150 enterprise groups and 90 team groups (excluding university qualifiers and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan winning projects in Qianhai qualifiers). 3. The industry finalist panel consists of 4 investment experts and 3 technical experts. 4. The industry finals adopt closed evaluation, which is divided into two links: live roadshow or video roadshow and judges 'Q & A. The competition time for each contestant is 15 minutes (8 minutes for live roadshow and 7 minutes for judges 'Q & A). The final score will be announced on the spot after the evaluation. 5. After all the industry finals are over, the competition organizing committee selects the first, second, third and excellence awards in the industry finals based on the results of the players in the industry finals from high to low, and publishes them on the official website of the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission.
