(1) Large, medium and small technology enterprises that meet the collaborative directions of green coating, battery recycling economy, product carbon footprint, and pollution reduction and carbon reduction; or entrepreneurial and innovative teams after product and technology research and development reaches the pilot stage.
(2) Participating enterprises, universities, research institutes and other core management members or technological innovation team members should generally have a master's degree or above or intermediate professional titles.
(3) Participants should have the characteristics of innovation ability and high growth potential, have no intellectual property disputes, standardized process management, good social reputation, and no bad records. Other requirements are subject to the official notice of the competition.

(1) Project roadshow. The competition method adopts a road show (8 minutes) to introduce the project, and it is recommended that the ppt content should not exceed 15 pages.
(2) Judges 'scores. The judges used four indicators: technological innovation (accounting for 30%), talent team (accounting for 30%), market prospects (accounting for 20%), and operating performance (accounting for 20%), and scored them according to the total score of 100 points. Finally, they were ranked according to the average ranking of the judges.

(1) The Shanghai Green Technology Innovation Competition will set awards such as the first, second and third prizes, the Winning Enterprise Award and the Annual Outstanding Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Case.
(2) Talent projects with outstanding performance in the competition will be recommended directly to the ecological environment track of the Shanghai City Young and Middle-aged Engineers Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition sponsored by the Shanghai City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and policies such as professional title evaluation, talent introduction and settlement, and talent plan selection will be tilted.
