Achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 is an important commitment made by the Chinese government to the international community. To further promote the development of carbon neutrality-related technologies, with the joint support of authoritative institutions in related industries, the 2024 Shanghai International Carbon Neutrality Technology Expo (abbreviated as CO expo China 2024) will be held from April 18 to 20, 2024, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Themed “Searching for the Future through ‘Neutralization’ Technologies”, the exhibition focuses on net-zero carbon technologies such as carbon capture, utilization, and storage, energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, hydrogen energy, and recycling.
The exhibition integrates technology and equipment displays, achievement promotion, high-level forums, project investment promotion, and cooperation exchanges, providing an authoritative platform for technology and communication in the global carbon neutrality industry. Alongside it, over 20 related events such as the “2024 China Carbon Neutrality Technology Conference” will be held to discuss policy trends and technological applications related to carbon neutrality in depth.
The 2024 China Carbon Expo will be held concurrently with Asia’s flagship environmental protection exhibition, the China Environmental Protection Expo. It is expected that the total exhibition area will exceed 200,000 square meters, with more than 2,300 enterprises from 35 countries and regions participating.
