Program details

The declared green and low-carbon technology and equipment should meet the needs of energy conservation, efficiency improvement and green and low-carbon development in my country's industrial and information fields during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. It should have the characteristics of advanced energy efficiency, mature and reliable technology, good economic benefits, and great promotion potential. In particular, it is recommended to recommend a number of innovative and forward-looking major key core technologies that have reached the international leading level and can achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction in the entire process system. There are four categories:

(i) Industrial green and low-carbon technologies

The first is new processes and new technologies in the production process of steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, chemicals, building materials, machinery, light industry, textiles, electronics and other industries, and process system integration and optimization technologies. The second is efficient and low-cost hydrogen production from renewable energy, utilization of hydrogen energy, coordinated utilization of new energy storage and renewable energy, industrial green microgrids, electric energy substitution, and clean and efficient utilization of fossil energy such as coal. The third is energy recycling technologies such as cascade utilization of system energy, waste heat and pressure and residual gas recovery and utilization, as well as digital and intelligent energy management and control technologies. The fourth is industrial low-carbon, zero-carbon and negative carbon technologies such as low-carbon raw material substitution, deep decarbonization of production processes, carbon capture, utilization and storage, and carbon dioxide resource utilization. The fifth is technology and equipment for desulfurization, denitrification, fine particulate matter, volatile organic compound treatment and collaborative control of multiple pollutants, water treatment technologies such as high-salt industrial wastewater, electroplating wastewater, and landfill leachate, efficient dewatering and treatment of sludge, and soil heavy metal Pollution control, rural water pollution and garbage disposal, medical waste treatment, waste incineration fly ash, aluminum ash treatment and other technologies.

(2) Green and low-carbon technologies in the field of informatization

The first is energy-saving and efficiency improvement of key energy-using facilities such as data centers, communication base stations, and communication rooms, and green and low-carbon related technologies, including those used to improve energy efficiency and system energy resource utilization efficiency, and utilize residual heat and residual energy, natural cold sources, renewable energy, Microgrid construction and operation and other technologies, as well as improving data center server utilization and computing power efficiency, and applying battery energy storage and cascade utilization related technologies. The second is to use next-generation information technologies such as 5G, industrial Internet, and big data to realize digital green collaborative transformation technologies that collect and monitor, intelligent analysis, fine management, and system optimization of energy flow, material flow and other information, and improve the level of energy, resources, and environmental management.

(3) Efficient and energy-saving equipment

Industrial mass production equipment with energy efficiency indicators that meet or exceed Level 1 energy efficiency levels of relevant national standards, including motors, transformers, industrial boilers, fans, positive displacement air compressors, pumps, plastic machinery, internal combustion engines, industrial refrigeration equipment, etc. (4) Green and low-carbon environmental protection equipment

The equipment meets the requirements of relevant product quality standards and technical specifications for acceptance of environmental protection facilities. After application, pollutant control is better than the requirements of national pollution emission standards, or better than relevant requirements such as special emission limits in key areas, key river basins, and key industries. Including air pollution prevention and control, water pollution prevention and control, soil pollution remediation, solid waste treatment, noise and vibration control, special instruments and meters for environmental monitoring, special materials and pharmaceuticals for environmental pollution prevention and control, environmental pollution emergency treatment, special parts and components for environmental pollution prevention and control equipment, 10 key areas of coordinated disposal of pollution and carbon reduction.
