entry conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. 1. Candidates are the person in charge of the entrepreneurial project. They have not registered a company in Zaozhuang City before January 1, 2023, and have the intention to cooperate in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone;
2. 2. The founders of participating projects should generally have a master's degree or deputy senior and above professional and technical positions (professional titles) or hold senior positions in enterprises at home and abroad, and the age is generally no more than 55 years old;
3. 3. Priority will be given to recruiting national high-tech enterprises, enterprises above designated size, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and gazelle enterprises, with a turnover of more than 2 million yuan in 2022 and R & D investment accounting for no less than 5% of sales revenue, or an average R & D investment in the past two years per year Not less than 1 million yuan, or having received investment of more than 5 million yuan from market-oriented professional investment institutions (excluding additional investment from shareholders);
4. 4. The participating projects have complete business plans, clear business models, and good market development prospects; the participating projects are true, effective and legal, the contestants have good social reputation and no bad records, and the projects comply with current national laws, regulations and industrial policies.

(2) Other requirements

1. 1. Each candidate can choose one competition area to register. The participating events must meet the industrial needs of the Shenzhen competition area. Candidates should participate in the semi-finals on time in accordance with the notification of the organizer. Those who cannot participate in the semi-finals as required will be deemed to have waived their qualifications;
2. 2. Candidates who have successfully applied for selection from Zaozhuang City for national, provincial and municipal talent projects and projects, or who have won the first, second and third prizes in previous entrepreneurship competitions, will no longer be accepted for registration;
3. 3. Entrepreneurial teams must register by the team's technical core personnel, and the candidates for the competition are determined according to the registered candidates. Candidates cannot be changed during the competition, otherwise they will be regarded as giving up;
4. 4. Participating projects must comply with national laws, regulations and industrial policies, have no intellectual property disputes, and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, ownership, use rights and disposal rights;
5. 5. Projects that cannot be industrialized within one year or have a long industrialization cycle are not allowed to register for the competition;

6. 6.2023 Registered and landed in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone in 2010, a talent project that meets the industrial needs of the Shenzhen competition area. The registered contestants are the largest shareholder or the largest natural person shareholder of the company and the shareholding ratio is not less than 30%. The actual funds of the company are more than 1 million yuan, the sales income is more than 500,000 yuan, and the company has no less than 5 permanent staff members and all of them pay pension insurance in Zaozhuang can directly enter the semi-finals.
