EDF Pulse's innovative brand aims to more actively grasp the "pulse" of global science and technology innovation and create a collaborative innovation ecosystem between inside and outside. In 2021, EDF Pulse will launch an innovation competition in China in the name of "creating the future." This year, EDF Pulse was launched again, and the innovation event was upgraded to a joint innovation program. The technology start-up team that has passed the preliminary screening will have the opportunity to conduct "one-on-one" exchanges with the French power expert group during the acceleration period to jointly create digital, low-carbon, innovative solutions with large-scale potential.

This year's "Creating the Future" program will invite more than 20 senior experts in the energy and power industry to have close and full exchanges and discussions with the start-up team. The "one-on-one" in-depth co-creation and exchange during the accelerated period will cover all aspects of innovation from 0 to 1 and from 1 to N, from multi-dimensional and multi-faceted aspects such as market trend research and judgment, technical guidance, achievement transformation and replication, and integrated innovation. The expert group will provide more comprehensive and scientific guidance and support.

In this "Create the Future" plan, EDF will jointly develop a proof-of-concept solution based on real customer needs, with strong feasibility and high replicability with a team of start-ups with digital low-carbon technologies. The winning company team selected on the road show day will work with experts from the French Power China R & D Center and relevant business department teams to realize the transformation of POC plan results. "The first mile" and have the opportunity to expand domestic and overseas market opportunities in EDF Pulse's global innovation ecosystem.
