(I) Contest Benefits

1. Qualification to join the YGT alumni network and the finals:

All shortlisted projects will automatically become YGT alumni enterprises (YGT Company), and participants will automatically become YGT alumni entrepreneurs (YGT Alumni), enjoying exclusive resources on the YGT platform. They will also qualify to participate in the YGT Global Finals. The finals will select the annual winning projects (YGT Annual Winners), which represents the highest honor in YGT. 2. Financing and Investment Services:

YGT maintains long-term partnerships with high-quality early-stage investment firms in major global markets, and YGT alumni enterprises will have the opportunity to access financing and investment services provided by the YGT team. 3. Entrepreneurship Community:

The YGT Entrepreneurship Community is composed of entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, government officials, industry experts, and others, spanning over 40 countries and regions worldwide. YGT also maintains long-term partnerships with top entrepreneurship platforms in China, the United States, and Europe, providing strong global support for its alumni.4. Talent Services:

YGT will offer comprehensive talent support to alumni enterprises, ranging from recruiting high-caliber trainees to screening candidates for senior positions. YGT also invites experienced talent experts to provide internal training for alumni enterprises and help develop talent strategies for startup companies. 5. Brand Building:

YGT alumni have the opportunity to be invited as guests to various events, forums, and summits organized by YGT and its global partners, helping to enhance their companies’ reputation and increase brand visibility. Entrepreneurs and their businesses gain exclusive access to promote their projects through YGT’s media network, ensuring the content reaches targeted audiences directly. 6. YGT is committed to creating high-quality office spaces and offering comprehensive corporate services around them. Currently, its innovation offices in Suzhou and Beijing, China, have already opened, with alumni enterprises of YGT eligible for preferential rental rates.

(II) Eligibility Criteria

1. Requirements for Participating Enterprises

• The enterprise should not have exceeded Series C in its official financing rounds.

• Teams or non-profit organizations without business registration are generally not considered.

• The enterprise team must consist of at least 3 members.

• The enterprise’s business scope should align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and YGT’s eight key areas.

• The enterprise should operate in a compliant manner and enjoy a good social reputation. 2. Requirements for Participants

• Contestants must be core members of enterprises such as founders, co-founders, or C-level executives, with priority given to enterprise founders.

• Shortlisted candidates must be able to attend the YGT finals and related activities.

• The working languages of YGT are Chinese and English. Contestants must be able to communicate and present in one of these languages, and application materials must also be in one of these languages. (III) Eight Competition Tracks
