1. Eligibility for participating in the YGT Alumni Association and Finals:

All shortlisted projects will automatically become YGT Alumni Enterprises (YGT Company), and contestants will automatically become YGT Alumni Entrepreneurs (YGT Alumni), receive exclusive resources from the YGT platform, and be eligible to participate in the YGT Global Finals. 1. Requirements of participating companies

• The company's formal financing rounds did not exceed Series C.

• In principle, teams or non-profit organizations that have not registered for business will not be considered.

• The corporate team has at least 3 people or more.

• The business direction of the company is in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the eight major areas of YGT.

• The company has standardized operations and a good social reputation. 2. Contestant requirements

• Contestants must be core members of the company such as the company's founder, co-founder, and executive management team (C level), with company founders taking precedence.

• Finalists must be able to participate in the YGT finals and related activities.

• The working languages of YGT are Chinese and English. Contestants must be able to use one of the working languages for communication and display, and application materials must also be in one of the languages. (3) Eight major tracks
