#Project background and goals In order to implement Xi Jinping's important instructions on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and promote the development of green and low-carbon cycles in the takeout industry, under the guidance of China Association for Science and Technology, Meituan and China Association for Science and Technology Ecological Environment Industry-University Consortium and relevant societies and institutions jointly launched the "'Science and Technology Innovation China 'Meituan Qingshan Environmental Protection Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Project "(hereinafter referred to as "demonstration projects"), using technology to promote environmental protection, using demonstration to lead innovation, selecting and supporting a number of green and low-carbon scientific and technological achievements that can be applied in the field of take-out, have innovation leadership, and have market-oriented scale potential, and help achieve carbon peak, carbon neutrality goals, and jointly build a beautiful China. Based on the "Science and Technology Innovation China-Meituan Qingshan Environmental Protection Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Project Management Measures", funding is now being solicited from the society to carry out green and low-carbon environmental protection demonstration projects in the take-out industry. #support direction (1)[Green Innovative Packaging] The application of environmentally friendly materials, green innovative designs and advanced technologies in the field of food and beverage takeout packaging to achieve reduction and easy recycling of takeout packaging. Including but not limited to:

• ·Develop low-gram-weight, high-strength, reduced-volume green packaging on the premise of meeting the basic functions of catering takeout packaging;
• ·Develop easy-to-recycle and easy-to-regenerate catering takeout packaging that can significantly improve recyclability and recyclability with a single material or easy separation of different materials. (2)[Green Recycling and Regeneration] Demonstration pilots of advanced green and low-carbon recycling technologies such as recycling, sorting, cleaning, recycling and high-value utilization of catering takeout packaging. Including but not limited to:
• ·Through the innovative application of recycling models and technologies, large-scale recycling of food and beverage takeout packaging such as plastic lunch boxes, drink cups and packaging bags will be realized;
• ·Use advanced intelligent sorting system applications to achieve accurate sorting of catering take-out packaging materials and promote large-scale recycling and efficiency improvement of catering take-out packaging;
• ·Develop innovative technologies such as recycled plastic recycling and modification to realize high-value innovative applications of recycled plastic particles such as polypropylene (PP). (3)[Green Supply Chain System] Digital application of the green packaging supply chain system in the take-out industry. Including but not limited to:
• ·Develop digital and information platforms to meet the diversified and personalized needs of catering merchants in green packaging;
• ·Improve the operational efficiency (such as optimization of recycling paths, etc.) and information transparency of the recycling industry chain through digital means to achieve traceability and effectively promote efficient recycling of renewable resources. #the target of the application Legal entities in China, including but not limited to enterprises, universities, research institutions, social organizations, etc., are encouraged to jointly declare industry-university-research cooperation, and the main reporting institution (the first reporting institution) assumes the main responsibility. #reporting process (1) Declaration time:

• Official application stage: August 23-September 23, 2023.
• Application items submitted within the time limit will not be accepted. (2) Intention solicitation stage: The application unit fills in the basic project information at the Intention Collection Entrance of Meituan Qingshan Science and Technology Fund's official website, and submits the application materials for project intention solicitation. (3) Formal application stage: "Demonstration Project" application units need to log in to the Meituan Qingshan Science and Technology Fund website to fill in online and upload relevant application materials. Materials include:

• 2. Electronic version of the enterprise business license or legal person registration certificate;
