All relevant units: As one of the new infrastructures that my country has vigorously developed, data centers are also a key object of carbon peak and carbon neutrality work, and have become an important area of current social attention. In order to respond to the 2023 Shanghai City Energy Conservation Publicity Week and Low Carbon Day activities, select industry benchmarks, and promote the energy efficiency improvement and green and low-carbon development of the city's data centers, the Shanghai City Energy Efficiency Center (Shanghai City Industrial Green Development Promotion Center)(hereinafter referred to as the center) will carry out the collection of excellent cases of the operation and transformation of the city's data center in the near future. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Solicitation conditions

1. Voluntary declaration. The application case must be implemented in Shanghai City, and the application unit must be the ownership unit or general contractor of the application project.
2. Application cases should be advanced, leading and demonstrative, have good replicability, and have good promotion value and application prospects.
3. The applying unit has no record of major breach of trust, and there is no dispute over intellectual property ownership of the case technology applied.

2. Collection scope

Solicitation cases are divided into operation category and transformation category, with requirements:

1. Operation category: CPUE value in 2022 is 1.3 and below
2. Transformation category: Equipment, systems, and overall transformation can be used, with unlimited technology and management

3. Application of results

1. Excellent cases will be selected into the "Work Guide for Energy Efficiency Improvement of Shanghai City Data Center (2023 Edition)" to be promoted in the industry;
2. If it meets the relevant work requirements of the country and this city, priority will be given to recommendation and policy research and pilot demonstration work will be promoted;
3. Relevant business docking, salon activities, special training, forum displays, invitation surveys, etc. will be carried out from time to time.
