(1) Background regional event arrangements

1. The Beijing regional competition consists of municipal finals, district-level semifinals, and window platform preliminary competitions.

Beijing City's "Specialized and Special New" enterprises, Beijing City Specialized and Special New "Little Giant" enterprises, and national-level Specialized and Special New "Little Giant" enterprises can sign up to participate in the Beijing Regional Competition and go directly to the district-level semifinals.

The competition is divided into enterprise group and maker group.

Enterprise Group (1) Small, medium and micro enterprises registered in China and meeting the "Regulations on Classification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises"; (2) The participating projects have entered the market and have good development potential; (3) Have independent intellectual property rights and have no property rights disputes; (4) No bad records.
2. maker group (1) Individuals or teams that abide by the law; (2) The ideas, products, technologies and related intellectual property rights of the participating projects belong to the core members of the team, and there are no intellectual property disputes with other units or individuals; (3) Enterprise innovation projects are not allowed to participate in the maker group competition. (2) Participating industries This competition establishes three major areas: ten high-tech industries, cultural and creative industries, and new convenience service industries.

The top ten high-tech industries include information technology, integrated circuits, medicine and health, intelligent equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy vehicles, new materials, artificial intelligence, software and information services, and science and technology services.
4. Cultural and creative industries include radio, film and television, animation, audio-visual, media, visual arts, performing arts, crafts and design, sculpture, environmental art, advertising and decoration, fashion design, etc.
5. The new convenience service industry includes projects such as the Internet, big data, and the Internet of Things that combine with the life service industry to promote the standardization, chain, facilitation, branding, and characteristic development of the life service industry.

3. Participation conditions and participating industries(1) Quota setting

1. Enterprise group: 1 special prize, 5 first prizes, 12 second prizes, and 25 third prizes.

The competition organizing committee plans to award bonuses, certificates and trophies to the special prize, first prize, second prize and third prize projects of regional events, and plans to award the special prize, first prize, second prize and third prize projects to the TOP150 project and eight major industries. 6. In accordance with the quota specified in the notice of the 8th "Maker China" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, award-winning projects are recommended to participate in the national finals review.

2. Unregistered users need to register first. Click the [Register] button in the upper right corner to enter the registration page. Please follow the prompts to fill in relevant information.
3. After filling in the relevant information, click [Register Now], and the page jumps to the login interface. Please use your existing account to log in.
4. While logged in, you can enter the competition registration area by clicking on the entrance of the "Maker Beijing" area on the home page of the website or clicking on the "workbench-Maker Beijing System" on the right side.
5. After entering the competition registration area, the user selects the corresponding event and clicks [I want to register] to enter the registration system immediately signed up 7、请根据页面提示要求填写相关的数据项，如果数据项未录入完，可以点击【暂存】按钮，点击暂存按钮后，已经填写的数据项的数据被保存，并可以继续编辑。

8、在基本信息编辑页面，在“推荐区”选项框先选择“海淀区”，再在“联网窗口”选择“北京大学创业训练营”。

9、填写完所有信息后，点击【保存】按钮，跳转至项目列表页。

10、点击左上角创客报名或企业报名中【新增项目】，进入项目编辑页面。

11、根据要求填写完所有项目信息以后，点击【保存】，即可将项目保存成功，如果项目信息未填写完成，可以先点击【暂存】保存所填写的信息。

12、项目信息保存成功后，进入项目列表页勾选需要提交的项目，点击【提交】按钮，即可将项目信息提交到上级部门，同时项目状态变为已提交。
