In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and implement the "Notice of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Printing and Issuing the" Implementation Plan for Fujian Province to Promote Large-scale Equipment Renewal and the Swap of Old Consumer Goods ""(Min Zheng [2024] No. 5) and other relevant documents require that we give full play to the positive role of advanced energy-saving new products, new technologies, and new equipment in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and achieving carbon peaking in the energy field, and guide energy-related enterprises to use advanced and applicable energy-saving technology products when equipment renewal and energy-saving transformation, and now we openly solicit new energy-saving technologies, new products, and new equipment in the energy field.

Solicitation scope:

New energy-saving technologies, new products, and new equipment suitable for application in energy fields such as thermal power, wind power, hydropower, nuclear power, photovoltaic, energy storage, power grid, long-distance natural gas pipelines, and liquefied natural gas storage in Fujian Province.

Solicitation conditions

• (1) The reporting unit is operating normally and has no record of major breach of trust or illegal activities.
• (2) The new energy-saving technologies, new products, and new equipment declared should be in line with the development direction of our province's energy industry, be advanced and innovative, and be able to reflect the latest progress of relevant technology products. The main performance indicators are at the leading level in the country and have a certain leading role; in line with the concept of green development, with significant energy-saving effects, economic and social benefits, and suitable for widespread promotion and application.
• (3) The technology products declared shall have independent intellectual property rights and shall have no disputes over intellectual property ownership.
• (4) Comply with the certification standards or technical requirements for energy-saving products promulgated by the state, or pass the certification by a qualified certification department.
• (5) The declared technical products and equipment should have at least two successful application cases (at least one of which is an application case in our province). The application cases have been operating normally for more than half a year, with no safety, environmental protection and other problems, and the production enterprise has the conditions for mass production.
