As one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups, CapitaLand places sustainability at the core of its business. The CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge provides innovators with an opportunity to work with CapitaLand to make buildings more climate resilient and resource efficient.

###Competition Schedule:

March 20 to June 1, 2023: Registration application

June 2023: Shortlisted selection, about 30 start-ups will be shortlisted for the next stage.

Early July 2023: Plan selection, 10 shortlisted start-ups will be selected to enter the final stage.

Mid-July to October 2023: Expert guidance, the top ten finalists will be paired with mentors to gain support and prepare for the final event.

Late October 2023 (to be determined): Demonstration Day, when the top 10 finalists will promote and demonstrate their solutions. The startup company was announced on the spot as a pilot.

###Competition rewards:

Up to 10 shortlisted innovative solutions will have the opportunity to receive pilot opportunities in CapitaLand's selected properties around the world, as well as pilot funding totaling more than one million SGD.

Successfully piloted solutions will have the opportunity to be implemented in CapitaLand operations in more than 260 cities in more than 40 countries around the world, providing innovators with the opportunity to expand their innovation solutions and build brand credibility.
