In order to thoroughly implement the national "double carbon" strategy, promote the green and low-carbon transformation of highway transportation, select advanced technologies, and serve the needs of the industry, China Highway Society organized the 2026 "Key Low-carbon Technology Promotion Catalog in the Highway Field" and "Highway Transportation Green Low-carbon Innovation Cases" and "Solid Waste Resource Utilization Technical Needs and Innovation Achievements Promotion Needs" Collection work. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Requirements of the applicant

2. The reporting unit shall be a participating unit in the declared project and shall have independent legal personality.

3. If multiple units jointly declare, the total number of reporting units shall not exceed 5, and one unit shall be designated as the first reporting unit to be responsible for relevant reporting matters.

4. The first reporting unit must ensure that the submitted application materials are authentic and reliable, the intellectual property rights are clear, and there are no property rights disputes. If adverse consequences occur, it will bear all responsibilities.

5. Review and promotion

(1) Project review

1. No fees will be charged for project application and review.

2. China Highway Society organized well-known experts in the industry to establish a review committee to review the application projects.

3. The review results will be publicized on the relevant media platforms of China Highway Society for 5 working days. After there is no objection to the publicity, they will be officially announced to the public.

4. The review is subject to social supervision. If fraud or plagiarism of others 'achievements is discovered, its qualifications will be revoked after verification and an announcement will be made.

5. China Highway Society has the right to free publicity and use the application materials, including but not limited to publishing picture albums, making videos, warehousing results, media publicity, etc.

(2) Promotion of results

1. Enter the shortlisted projects into the green and low-carbon achievement database of China Highway Society for industry promotion.

2. Publish the shortlisted projects at relevant academic conferences of China Highway Society, and use relevant media platforms of China Highway Society to display and publicize the shortlisted projects.

3. Organize discussions and exchanges between representatives of shortlisted projects, and invite them to give expert reports at the academic conference of China Highway Society.

4. Actively organize industry docking and exchanges to build communication channels for innovative results.
