ASES supports the global energy transition and believes that the world urgently needs to switch equitably to 100% renewable energy.

Through ASES National Solar Energy Conference "SOLAR 2024: Connecting Technologies and Policies", we will raise public, institutions and governments 'awareness of the critical role solar plays in the global energy landscape. We must ensure that all communities have access to and benefit from clean energy, especially those communities that have been deprived of these benefits in the past. SOLAR 2024 will promote ASES's overall goal of "accelerating equitable adoption of solar energy and universal sustainable living through education and building communities." The meeting will focus on research models, examples and tools to address the challenge of advancing renewable energy development in accordance with the principles of justice, fairness, diversity and inclusiveness (JEDI).
