It is a high-end venue aimed at government departments, power enterprises, universities, and financial institution managers from various regions.
- Green Service Halls: State Grid’s service halls located in various cities and neighborhoods will feature your low-carbon products. The initial batch includes service halls in Shanghai’s core urban areas and Gulangyu Island in Xiamen.
- Joint Exhibition at Shanghai Carbon Expo: Participate in joint exhibitions at the 2023 Shanghai International Carbon Expo. Whether it’s mature low-carbon consumer goods or cutting-edge science popularization technologies, applications for display are welcome!
Background of the Call for Applications
State Grid Yingda Carbon Asset Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is the only professional carbon asset company under State Grid Corporation of China (hereinafter referred to as “State Grid Company”), and it is affiliated with State Grid Yingda Group. As part of State Grid CompanySocial ResponsibilityAs a demonstration base, we build and operate the State Grid Yingda Pudong Dual Carbon Exhibition Hall and engage in strategic cooperation with the organizing committee of the Shanghai Carbon Expo. At the Pudong Dual Carbon Exhibition Hall, we provide display opportunities for outstanding green and low-carbon practice cases and products. At the same time, leveraging State Grid Company’s extensive network of service halls, we are developing the first batch of pilot projects for grid “green (zero-carbon) service halls.” These hubs in key areas will offer various attractions such as “Green Reading Clubs + Low-Carbon Close Interaction + Carbon Expo Viewing on One Screen” to help enterprises showcase their best green practices and products. The main focus of this joint exhibition is on the field of green consumer goods (low-carbon consumer goods), as well as green production or technologies that support green consumption. Our goal is to**“Use C-side awareness of green consumption to drive B-side transformation in green production and foster innovation in green technologies,”**so as to enable visitors to experience that “greenness is right around us and can start with us,” thereby contributing to a gradual green transformation in production and lifestyles across the economy and society. Exhibition Hall Type 1: State Grid Yingda Shanghai World Expo Dual Carbon Exhibition Hall
Introduction to the Exhibition Hall：
The State Grid Yingda Pudong Dual Carbon Exhibition Hall is the first project in Shanghai to showcase “dual carbon” goals and practices. It was jointly developed by Yingda Group and the Pudong New Area Government, located in Expo Area B of Pudong, Shanghai. It is divided into**“Sources of Dual Carbon, Foundations of Dual Carbon, Wings of Dual Carbon, Dreams of Dual Carbon”**—four themed exhibition halls that display low-carbon practices and outstanding cases in energy transition, carbon management, green supply chains, as well as exemplary collaborations with various green technology companies and research institutions. The exhibition hall was completed in 2022 and welcomed nearly 2,700 high-end visitors from government departments, grid companies, financial institutions, and well-known enterprises within 8 months. It will reopen after upgrades in June, with expectations of attracting even more visitors.

The “Green (Zero-Carbon) Service Hall” pilot project primarily serves the consumer side of power grid enterprises. Centered on the “holographic” zero-carbon concept, it uses hardware upgrades and software services to organize activities such as “Green Reading Clubs + Low-Carbon Close Contact + Viewing the Carbon Expo on One Screen,” creating a zero-carbon space that is tangible, shareable, thought-provoking, and action-oriented. This project will be piloted in cities like Shanghai and Xiamen in 2023, with gradual expansion to the Yangtze River Delta region. Service halls chosen for participation are typically those with strong regional representation, high digital experience, and favorable business environments. The project aims to serve various consumer groups, promote green concepts, inspire green behaviors, create green value, and collaborate with government departments to advance carbon peak goals.
