1. Background of the event

In order to implement the major decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, we will lead the development of green productivity with scientific and technological innovation, make every effort to build a green and low-carbon technology innovation system, improve the supply capabilities of green and low-carbon technologies, products and services, and seize the future carbon Neutralize the commanding heights of technology and cultivate a green and low-carbon innovation ecosystem with global influence. China Academy of Information and Communications launched the 2025 "Qingshan Cup" Industrial Green and Low-Carbon Innovation Competition to build a national platform for technological innovation and industrial interaction, and explore and select new green and low-carbon technologies, new equipment, and new models. 2. Event name

2025 "Qingshan Cup" Industrial Green and Low-Carbon Innovation Competition

3. Competition theme

"Accelerate low-carbon innovation and jointly promote green development" IV. Organizational units

Organizer: China Academy of Information and Communication 5. Schedule arrangement

Competition title release and competition solicitation: August-October Preliminary competition: October Final: November Award ceremony: December 7. Track competition questions

In order to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of industry and effectively achieve carbon peaking in the industrial sector, this competition established three special tracks: digital energy and carbon management, CCUS, and "AI+ Energy". (1) Digital Energy and Carbon Management Special Competition

Question 1: Innovative solutions for digital energy and carbon management in industrial enterprises and parks Referring to policy and standard requirements such as the "Guidelines for the Construction of Digital Energy and Carbon Management Centers in Industrial Enterprises and Parks", we encourage the use of new generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence, industrial Internet and Internet of Things to empower the construction of digital energy and carbon management centers in industrial enterprises and parks, and improve energy conservation. Carbon reduction management capabilities effectively support the improvement of energy efficiency and the reduction of carbon emissions, and promote green and low-carbon transformation. Question 2: Selection of excellent solutions for carbon footprint factor libraries in key industries With the deepening advancement of my country's "double carbon" goals, establishing a scientific, accurate and traceable carbon footprint factor library has become a key foundation for supporting carbon emission accounting, carbon trading, green finance and other work. For key industries, select excellent solutions for the carbon footprint factor library that meet the industry's carbon emission characteristics, industrial characteristics and domestic data status to assist the construction and development of the carbon footprint factor library in the domestic industrial industry. (2) Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) Innovation Competition

Question 1: Design and application of efficient and stable carbon capture solvents Focus on the comprehensive chemical properties and economy of carbon capture solvents, encourage the design and development of efficient and green carbon capture solvents, which should be used stably in practical carbon capture projects for long-term purposes. Question 2: Carbon capture, storage, utilization, open innovation and industry full-process solutions Collect open technological innovations and practices for all aspects of carbon capture, utilization and storage, and encourage the proposal of CCUS innovative solutions covering the entire chain of "capture-transportation-storage/utilization". Question 3: Selection of Top Ten Engineering Application Cases The first is industry benchmark project cases, select ten outstanding CCUS projects that have been put into operation, publicize and promote advanced project experience, and enhance the demonstration and driving role. The second is carbon utilization innovative products. Select top ten carbon utilization innovative product cases (industrial products and consumer products) to form a case collection of carbon utilization innovative product products to promote the promotion of carbon utilization technologies. (3)"AI+ Energy" special competition

Question 1: AI empowers industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction construction practice For key industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, steel, nonferrous metals, building materials, and data centers, focusing on the entire life cycle of production and manufacturing, focusing on urgent scenarios requiring energy conservation and carbon reduction, and building artificial intelligence models or agent solutions that are deeply adapted to the scene through intelligent hardware upgrades, energy conservation and carbon reduction data set construction, algorithm deployment, etc. Question 2: AI empowers high-quality development and innovative practices of the energy industry In order to accelerate the construction of a new energy system, we encourage the use of AI technology to improve energy supply guarantee capabilities, empower entire industrial processes such as energy development, transportation, and consumption, help improve energy utilization and management levels, and promote green and low-carbon transformation of energy.

VIII. Technical support

This competition has received technical support from Shengli Oilfield Branch of China Petrochemical Corporation, China Huaneng Group Clean Energy Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. It provides laboratory testing and pilot test conditions for carbon capture solvent entries, and helps technical verification and large-scale promotion of entries. 9. Entry method

The official website of the competition is the only registration channel. Competitors need to register and select the corresponding track title to submit entry information and works.
