(1) For carbon neutrality certification: The applicant is an enterprise registered in Nanshan District and has obtained a carbon neutrality certificate issued by an emission exchange or certification agency. The annual total carbon emission of the enterprise will be reduced by no less than 5%, and the carbon emission intensity will be reduced by no less than 5%. This funding plan belongs to the approval category and implements the principles of unit declaration, material review, social publicity, and government decision-making. It adopts a free funding method and an ex post subsidy system, and the funded projects do not need to be accepted. 5. Processing Process
