##Notice of Xiamen City Development and Reform Commission on Soliciting Green Technologies and Products in 2023 All relevant enterprises: In order to further improve energy conservation and consumption reduction in our city, after research, the collection of green technologies and products in 2023 is now carried out. The relevant matters are notified as follows: ###1. Collection objects Technologies and products produced and developed by enterprises legally established in Xiamen City and with independent legal personality, or technologies and products that have exclusive agency sales rights in Xiamen. ###2. Collection scope and content It mainly includes technologies and products of six industries: energy conservation and environmental protection industry, clean production industry, clean energy industry, ecological environment industry, green upgrading of infrastructure and green service. For sub-categories, please refer to the Guidance Catalogue for Green Industry (2019 Edition) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other six ministries and commissions (FGHZ [2019] No.293, see Annex 1 for details), and fill in the table as required. ###3. Application Materials Please bind the application materials into a book in the following order: (1) Catalog of application materials. (2) Application Form for the 2023 Green Technology and Product Catalog of Xiamen City (see Attachment 2). (3) Technical or product details (including at least the following contents):

1. Characteristics and energy-saving principles (technical overview, key technologies and innovation content, technology or product application feasibility);
2. Relevant test reports and certification certificates;
3. Market price, service life, instructions for use, maintenance services, etc.;
4. Advantages and disadvantages compared with similar products on the market and analysis of economic and social benefits after application;
5. Scope of application and target customers, 2022 market sales;
6. Technologies and products produced and developed by non-local enterprises also need to provide exclusive agency authorization certificates in Xiamen;
7. Case and user evaluation: (1) The products and technologies produced and developed by enterprises in Xiamen need to provide a typical case of the completion of a project; (2) For products and technologies that are not produced, researched and developed by enterprises in our city and only have agency rights in the region, typical cases of the completion of 2 projects need to be provided, at least one of which is in Xiamen. All cases must be accompanied by user evaluations and stamped with the official seal of the user unit. ###4. Review and release After the collection, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission will organize experts to review the application materials and select advanced and applicable green technologies and products to compile the "Xiamen City 2023 Green Technology and Product Catalog." The Municipal Development and Reform Commission will issue certificates and licenses for technologies and products included in the catalog and announce them to the public at various technical exchange meetings, product promotion meetings, and technical training meetings. ###5. Declaration time All reporting units are requested to bind the above application materials into a book (one set, with an electronic CD-ROM attached, including all document materials in word and excel formats) and submit them to the Municipal Energy Development Center before May 15.
