The work should be original and cannot be copied, borrowed, advertised, or any information about the contestants and participating units. The copyright of the entries belongs to the original copyright owner. The content of the project plan requires focusing on the selected theme type, combining the actual life, and selecting topics. The angle is novel and has a feasible practical path; the project application requires 3,000 - 5,000 words and is submitted in pdf electronic format. The form of participation in the finals is that the school Youth League Committee organizes participating teams to carry out practical entrepreneurship, and each participating team submits a "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei College Student Green Innovation Competition Practical Entrepreneurship Project Outcome Book"(Annex 4).
