The Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Competition (Special Session for Overseas Returnees Talents) Open Innovation Project Collection Event is about to start
In order to implement the requirements of relevant documents such as the "14th Five-Year Plan for Ecological and Environmental Protection of Shanghai City" and the "Implementation Plan of Shanghai City on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green and Low-Carbon Circular Development Economic System", accelerate the construction of a market-oriented green technology innovation system, encourage the research and development of green and low-carbon technologies, and accelerate the transformation of green scientific and technological achievements, in November 2022, the Shanghai City Ecological Environment Bureau and the Baoshan District People's Government, The Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Innovation Service Base co-directed by Shanneng Group was officially established.
Under the guidance of the Shanghai City Bureau of Ecology and Environment and the Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the base launched the Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Competition with the theme of "Green New Kinetic Energy, Low Carbon Creating the Future." The competition guides industrial open innovation by means of "unveiling the list and taking charge", strengthens the research and promotion and application of major green and low-carbon technologies, accelerates the cultivation of new driving forces for the development of green and low-carbon industries, promotes the deep integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain, and jointly serves the country's "double carbon" strategic goal.
This competition has received positive responses from major companies such as Shanneng, Shanghai Electric, Baowu, Schneider, Pepsi and the participation of many technology-based innovation and entrepreneurship companies. It has also received guidance and support from the Shanghai City European and American Alumni Association (Shanghai City Federation of Overseas Students). Each division will be held one after another. This division invited overseas returnees experts in the green and low-carbon field to serve as judges.

the participants
(1) For large, medium and small technology enterprises on green and low-carbon tracks, priority will be given to overseas returnee talent projects.
(2) The core members of the enterprise management team or technological innovation team should generally have a master's degree or above or a deputy senior professional title or above.
(3) Contestants should have the characteristics of innovation ability and high growth potential, have no intellectual property disputes, standardized process management, good social reputation, and no bad records. Other requirements are subject to the official notice of the competition.
event process
(1) Project roadshow. Contestants use an 8-minute road show to introduce the project, and it is recommended to use PPT pages no more than 15 pages.
(2) Expert scoring. Experts are rated according to a total score of 100 points based on multiple indicators such as market prospects, technical advantages, and team composition, and are ranked shortlisted in the average score order scored by the expert group.
