#Selection Method for Advanced Green Building Consulting Units of Guangdong Province Building Energy Conservation Association (Trial)
##1. General Provisions
Article 1 In order to commend the advanced, encourage green building consulting companies to be the first to strive for excellence, and promote the healthy development of the green building industry, the Guangdong Province Building Energy Conservation Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) decided to carry out a selection activity for outstanding green building consulting units (hereinafter referred to as the selection activity), and this method is specially formulated.
Article 2 The selection activity adheres to the principles of fairness, justice, openness and merit. Once a year, 10 advanced green building consulting units are selected each time.
##2. Selection scope and selection conditions
Article 3 All qualified green building consulting units that have not violated disciplines and regulations can apply to participate in the selection activities.
Article 4 Conditions for election:
1 Obtained the association's green building consultation filing certificate.
2 Abide by and implement the policies, laws, regulations, standards, specifications and regulations of the national, provincial and municipal authorities, abide by industry rules and regulations, compete fairly, and operate with integrity.
3 Consciously safeguard the interests of the industry, attach importance to social benefits, and enthusiastically support public welfare undertakings.
4 The leadership team is united and pragmatic, clean and self-disciplined, brave in innovation, and has a strong sense of cohesion and responsibility.
6 Strong technical force, law-abiding, stable team, good professional ethics, and strong team spirit.
7 Provide customers with high-quality green building consulting services, with social and economic benefits among the best in the region.
8 Protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, encourage and support employees to continuously update their business knowledge, master advanced professional knowledge in the industry, participate in professional training, topic research, and compile professional works.
9 Actively participate in activities organized by the association and support the work of the association.
##3. Selection process
Article 5 The review committee shall be composed of units above the vice president of the association and the chairman of the supervisory unit, and a review team composed of 3 to 5 experts shall conduct visits and evaluations on the applying units.
Article 6 All units are required to submit review applications (Annex 1) to the Secretariat of the Association before August 31 of each year. The Secretariat organizes review teams to conduct visits and evaluations from time to time.
Article 7 The review team will conduct scoring and evaluation according to the scoring table (Annex 2), summarize the evaluation results before November 30 of each year, and review the scoring by the review committee. The selection results will be publicized on the association's website and announced after there is no objection.
Article 8 The selected advanced units will be awarded the title of "Top Ten/Strong Enterprises in Green Building Consulting in Guangdong Province in 202*" and issued certificates.
##4. Supplementary Provisions
Article 9 Units that apply for election shall be responsible for the authenticity of their application materials. If the application materials are found to be inaccurate, the selection qualifications will be cancelled, and if they are seriously inaccurate, they will be notified of criticism and their application qualifications will be suspended for three years.
Article 10 If the evaluated unit is merged or renamed, it needs to be re-confirmed.
Article 11 The Council of the Association shall be responsible for interpreting these Measures.
Article 12 These Measures shall be implemented after being reviewed and approved by the 10th Council of the Fourth Session of the Association on May 30, 2023.
