Competition benefits

The award-winning projects in the competition can receive up to 2.6 million yuan in financial support

1. Winners can receive financial rewards ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 yuan;

2. Winners can have priority in entering the top ten innovation and entrepreneurship training camps in Shanghai City-the 2023 Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship Unicorn Enterprise Training Camp;

3. Invite well-known instructors in the industry to provide professional competition guidance to participants and train and improve project business plan preparation and road show skills;

4. For qualified talents at home and abroad, it is recommended to apply for the Shanghai City and Huangpu District Talent Plans;

5. Winning projects can be recommended to apply for a technology guaranteed loan of up to 3 million yuan and enjoy corresponding interest subsidies;

6. If participating projects are registered at the Huangpu Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Base and registered as a company, they can enjoy 12 months of free financial agency bookkeeping and legal consulting services;

7. Encourage research on key core technologies, and apply for up to 2 million yuan in financial support for projects that are in line with the development orientation of the digital industry in Huangpu District and are advanced, innovative, breakthrough or disruptive;

8. Actively promote the connection between winning projects and application scenarios in Huangpu District, and provide service resources such as corporate publicity and market expansion;

9. Eligible enterprises can apply for subsidies for scientific and technological innovation vouchers, and provide subsidies of no more than 500,000 yuan per year for enterprises 'technological research and development investment, technology transactions, and achievement transfer and transformation;

10. Winning projects are preferred to participate in the "Creation in Shanghai" and "Haiju Talents" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions, and are recommended to settle in the Huangpu Haigui Science and Technology Innovation Park and Haiju Talent Entrepreneurship Base, and enjoy free industrial and commercial registration and other services;

11. Winning projects will be included in the "Science and Technology Innovation Investment Guidance Fund" project cultivation library of Huangpu Science and Technology Innovation Group, giving priority to providing investment and financing services.

12. For winning projects, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Huangpu Branch provides targeted and exclusive preferential services. Including but not limited to: green channel for loan approval, discount on loan interest rates (significantly lower than the market average interest rate), credit line expansion, exclusive financial advisory, recommended equity investment institutions, exclusive equity package for corporate legal persons, account opening fee exemption, online banking settlement fee exemption, etc.

Project proposal requirements:

① The text must be at least 500 words; the PPT must be at least 10 pages (excluding the cover and catalog pages);

② The content must include but is not limited to: project introduction, product value, team introduction, competitive advantages, marketization capabilities, past performance, development prospects, etc.

entry conditions

1. Participants must be within the legal working age group (i.e., at least 16 years old, no more than 60 years old for men, and no more than 55 years old for women);

2. Participants must be the first founder or core team member of the entrepreneurial organization and hold shares in the enterprise (the form of shares held by participants can be direct or indirect);

3. Participating companies give priority to industries such as financial technology, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, green and low-carbon, and next-generation information technology;

4. Participating projects must be original and innovative projects, have no intellectual property disputes, and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights, ownership, use and disposal rights of third parties
