The 6th Green Technology Innovation and Application Competition (Chengdu Division) and the 3rd Chengdu Green and Low-Carbon Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition hosted by the China-France (Chengdu) Ecological Park Management Committee and the Chengdu Tianfu Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Environment Industry Research Institute have officially opened their registration channels.
This competition focuses on building a circle and strong chain of green and low-carbon industries in Chengdu City. Focusing on green and low-carbon technological innovation, it uses competition as a medium, uses competition to help create, uses competition to promote introduction, and uses competition to gather talents. Other entry conditions are as follows:### Team entry conditionsAn entrepreneurial team with scientific and technological innovation results and entrepreneurial plans (Such as overseas entrepreneurial teams, entrepreneurs returning from overseas studies, excellent scientific and technological teams entering the entrepreneurship implementation stage, school student entrepreneurial teams, etc.); the core members of the team shall not be less than 3 (including 3) and no more than 5; Before the registration deadline for this competition, the core members of the project team have not registered commercial entities in China and serve as legal representatives, and they plan to register and establish enterprises in Chengdu City after the game or reach docking cooperation with green and low-carbon related industries in Chengdu City.### Enterprise entry conditionsThe company has innovative capabilities and high growth potential, and its business belongs to the recruitment field of this competition. Note: Projects that have won awards in previous Green Technology Innovation and Application Competition (Chengdu Division) and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will not participate in this competition.

Recruitment fieldThe collection areas for participating projects are mainly green and low-carbon, and the sub-areas are as follows:### 1. New energyIt mainly includes photovoltaic, hydrogen energy, power battery and energy storage related technologies and products;### 2. Ecological and environmental protectionIt mainly includes energy conservation and environmental protection in manufacturing, mining, construction and other projects, recycling of resources and energy such as gas, liquid, and heat, and related technologies, application products and solutions for green and low-carbon service industries such as low-carbon technology and low-carbon information.

1. Sign up for the competitionThe registration time will run from now until August 10, 2023. The staff of the competition organizing committee will conduct qualification verification on the industry scope, materials, etc. of the participating projects.### 2. Offline preliminary evaluationTiming: mid-to-late August 2023

Promotion quota: 10 people advance to the finals
Promotion method: The staff of the competition organizing committee will organize judges and experts to conduct offline review and score the participating projects. When the ranking results are tied, the tied projects will enter the finals together.### 3. Live finalsTiming: September 2023 Competition method: project roadshow + Q & A session + judges scoring.

1. Publicity and promotion(1) The competition roadshow site provides a free display area for the projects entering the finals;

(2) Select the best to recommend award-winning and implemented projects to enter the Advanced Ecological Environment Technology and Process Library of Chengdu City Ecological Environment Bureau;
(3) Release information on award-winning projects on Science and Technology Innovation China and Tianfu Technology Cloud Platform and promote results;
(4) Conduct special reports on the award-winning projects and teams in the print media of China Environment News and the "Two Micro Ends".

2. Industry learningThe award-winning projects will enjoy priority opportunities provided by the organizers to visit and study at home and abroad well-known (environmental) companies, research institutes, and environmental departments of universities.

3. Project acceleration campThe award-winning projects will arrange offline in-depth exchanges and guidance with competition judges, Chengdu City green and low-carbon industrial chain owners, leading talents, etc. to support the continuous growth of the projects and teams.

4. Investment recommendationDuring the competition for participating projects, we can conduct in-depth negotiations and docking on investment intentions and project cooperation with interested financial investment institutions and cooperative enterprises to support industry resource sharing and win-win cooperation between the two parties. The award-winning projects will enter the through train and will be connected one-on-one by Tsinghua Suzhou Environmental Innovation Research Institute and its cooperation funds. It is expected to receive project research and development funding of 1 - 5 million yuan.

5. Policy supportIf the award-winning projects are implemented in Chengdu Economic Development Zone (Longquanyi District), on the basis of enjoying the inclusive policies of Chengdu City and Longquanyi District, after being recognized by relevant departments and combined with the specific circumstances of the project, they can enjoy policy support such as industrial development awards, special talent awards, and office carrier rental subsidies in Chengdu Economic Development Zone (Longquanyi District) on the basis of one case discussion.
