reporting conditions(1) Applicants must be member units of the Carbon Neutrality Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association;
(2) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and abide by the national constitution and other laws and regulations; (3) The enterprise must be registered for over 3 years (the requirement can be relaxed appropriately for those with outstanding innovation); (4) Actively implement the national strategy of carbon peak and carbon neutrality and advance related initiatives.
