Introduction to the forumInfrastructure construction and operation and maintenance are the main sources of carbon emissions in my country, and with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization, its carbon emissions will continue to rise. In response to the "double carbon" strategy, the State Council has issued a series of policies and measures such as the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green and Low-Carbon Circular Development Economic System", making "continuous improvement of the level of greening of infrastructure" one of the main work goals., clearly requiring the orderly promotion of green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development in the fields of infrastructure such as construction, transportation, energy, and municipal administration. In this context, in order to help the smooth implementation of the "double carbon" strategy in the field of infrastructure, it is urgent to jointly discuss the key common problems faced by my country's infrastructure low-carbon transformation in the fields of planning and design, construction management, energy operation and maintenance and other fields.
