#Exhibition Overview
   The 2023 Asia-Pacific Low-Carbon Expo (hereinafter referred to as the “Expo”), jointly organized by the Hunan Environmental Protection Industry Association and Tencent Carbon Neutrality Lab and hosted by Green Craftsman Workshop, will be held in Changsha City, Hunan Province from October 20 to 21, 2023. As a parallel event to this year’s Asia-Pacific Green Low-Carbon Development Summit Forum, international activities such as the East Asia Forum and training sessions on South-South cooperation in addressing climate change and sustainable development will also take place during the expo.
   The first Asia-Pacific Low-Carbon Expo will bring together outstanding domestic and foreign technology companies, industry leaders, park representatives, city representatives, as well as domestic and foreign business partners for on-site exchanges, aiming to promote dialogue, communication, and trade connections. To make full use of the expo’s platform resources, we sincerely invite various enterprises and organizations to participate in this event and contribute to the development of the low-carbon sector in the Asia-Pacific region.

   The theme of this expo is “A Carbon-Friendly World, Choosing a Green Future.”

    The expo features multiple exhibition areas centered around the low-carbon theme, including a special exhibition area on the first floor, an exchange and pitch area, a model city area, a low-carbon park area, and a service support area. These distinct areas are designed to meet the diverse display needs of exhibitors.
    #III. Types of Exhibitors

Enterprise exhibitors cover various fields such as energy storage new materials, coordinated efforts for pollution reduction and carbon emission cuts, low-carbon smart transportation, carbon management services, low-carbon buildings, and green finance. Government and park exhibitors consist of cities, counties, and parks that are national pilot areas. In addition to showcasing local preferential policies, investment promotion needs, low-carbon practice cases, and pilot demonstration projects, these exhibitors will also bring high-emission enterprises in need of pollution reduction and carbon emission control solutions to find suitable low-carbon technology suppliers. The expo serves as a platform for enterprises to promote their brands, stay updated with industry trends, and discover business opportunities, as well as a window for governments and parks to display their local strengths and learn about technical solutions. #IV. Exhibitor Benefits (1) This expo will operate on a purely nonprofit basis. The organizers will provide free on-site support services such as security and translation for exhibitors, who only need to cover the cost of setting up their booths. (2) The expo invites exhibitors and professional clients to register on the Tencent Carbon Live platform before the event. By integrating with this platform, the expo offers online services to exhibitors to prepare for face-to-face meetings and discussions with clients. (3) Exhibitors have the right to be invited to attend the Asia-Pacific Green Low-Carbon Development Summit and the East Asia Forum, and they will also get the opportunity to interact with high-level attendees from governments, enterprises, international organizations, academia, NGOs, and industry think tanks. (4) Exhibitors will have priority in securing speaking slots at the Asia-Pacific Green Low-Carbon Development Summit and the East Asia Forum. (5) Exhibitors can hold thematic seminars during the expo and will receive venue and service support from the organizers.
