   The 2023 Asia-Pacific Low Carbon Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo"), co-sponsored by the Hunan Province Environmental Protection Industry Association and Tencent Carbon Neutralization Laboratory, will be held in Changsha City, Hunan Province from October 20 to 21, 2023. As a parallel event of this year's Asia-Pacific Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit Forum, international activities such as the East Asia Forum and South-South cooperation on climate change and sustainable development training will also be held during the expo.
   The first Asia-Pacific Low Carbon Expo will bring together outstanding domestic and foreign technology companies, industry benchmarks, parks, city representatives and domestic and foreign merchants for on-site exchanges to promote dialogue, communication and trade docking. In order to make full use of the platform resources of the Expo, we sincerely invite all enterprises and units to participate in this Expo to jointly assist the development of low-carbon fields in the Asia-Pacific region.
   #1. Exhibition theme
   The theme of this expo is "Carbon Better World, Choose a Green Future".
    #2. Booth layout
    The expo will open multiple exhibition areas closely related to the theme of low-carbon, including a special exhibition area on the first floor, an exchange road show area, a demonstration city area, a low-carbon park, and a service support area. Through the division of different exhibition areas, exhibitors 'various display needs are fully met.
    #3. Exhibitor types
   Corporate exhibitors cover many fields such as new energy storage materials, synergy between pollution and carbon reduction, low-carbon smart travel, carbon management services, low-carbon buildings, and green finance. Government and park exhibitors are composed of national-level pilot cities, counties, parks, etc. In addition to displaying local preferential policies, investment promotion needs, low-carbon practical cases, and pilot demonstration projects, government and park exhibitors will also lead high-emission companies in need of pollution and carbon reduction technology solutions to organize groups of high-emission companies to find suitable low-carbon technology suppliers. The expo is not only a platform for enterprises to promote their brands, grasp current news, and discover business opportunities. It is also a window for the government and parks to showcase local experience and advantages and understand technical solutions.
    #4. Exhibitors 'rights and interests
  (1) This expo will adopt a purely public welfare model. The organizer provides exhibitors with free on-site supporting services such as security and translation, and exhibitors only need to pay for the construction of the booth.
  (2) The expo invites exhibitors and professional customers to enter Tencent's TanLIVE platform before the exhibition. The expo and Tencent TanLIVE platform adopt an interactive and related approach to provide online services for exhibitors and prepare for on-site meetings and consultations between exhibitors and customers.
  (3) Exhibitors enjoy the right to be invited to participate in the Asia-Pacific Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit Forum and the East Asia Forum, and receive the opportunity to communicate with high-level participants from governments, enterprises, international organizations, academia and non-governmental organizations, and industry think tanks.
  (4) Exhibitors will have the opportunity to give priority to receiving speaking seats at the Asia-Pacific Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit Forum and the East Asia Forum.
  (5) Exhibitors can hold special seminars during the expo and will receive venue and service support from the organizer.
  (6) Exhibitors may invite and recommend experts in relevant fields to participate in on-site inspections and related activities of the Asia-Pacific Green and Low-Carbon Development Summit Forum.
