##I. Main Contents This conference is themed “Digital Intelligence, Green Supply Chain, High-Quality Sustainability,” aiming to explore how China’s waste rubber recycling industry can accelerate its digital, intelligent, and green transformation under policy support in the new development environment. It will discuss effective practices for continuously strengthening technological innovation, building brands, and promoting green development as a new form of productive force to achieve high-quality growth within the industry, while exploring green circular pathways from waste rubber to rubber products. Additionally, it seeks to leverage upstream and downstream synergies to build a closed-loop system for green recycling in the rubber industry, ensuring the security of the industry’s supply chain through safe, environmentally friendly, and intelligent practices, thereby fulfilling carbon reduction responsibilities. The forum will exchange advanced experiences and innovative achievements, promote technological progress, highlight outstanding enterprises, and drive sustained high-quality development in the industry. The conference invites leaders from relevant departments, industry associations, research institutions, and industry experts to provide guidance; it also invites upstream and downstream enterprises as well as those leading in green transformation to participate in exchanges, and relevant media to conduct comprehensive positive publicity and reporting. The main contents are as follows:

1. A report on the operational overview of China’s waste rubber recycling industry for 2023–2024; (II) Explore the future development trends and directions of the industry under the overall requirements of high-quality development in China and the backdrop of carbon neutrality goals. (III) Exchange ideas on how the recycled rubber industry can achieve high-quality development, including innovative practices in digital and intelligent production, as well as specific requirements and effective methods for building green factories and improving environmental protection. (IV) Share the latest achievements and practical applications in modern enterprise management, technological innovation, brand building, promoting the green use of recycled products, and ESG initiatives among industry enterprises. (V) Exchanging ideas on how to promote collaboration between upstream and downstream parties, so as to better apply recycled products in green initiatives, build green supply chains, strengthen environmental protection through chain integration, and fulfill carbon reduction responsibilities; (VI) Introducing relevant policies and standard-setting progress in China’s waste rubber comprehensive utilization industry; (VII) Organizing participants to visit the Presidium of the China Rubber Industry Association, the leading unit of the Waste Rubber Comprehensive Utilization Branch, China’s largest inner tube manufacturer, and Chaoyang Huaxing Wanda Tire Co., Ltd., which has established a green recycling system from waste rubber to rubber products.

V. Meeting Expenses
