1. Overall goal
The 2025 4th Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Technology Innovation Competition adheres to the principle of "project leadership, innovation leadership, demand leadership, and ecological win-win". It will carry out multi-channel project discovery, multiple rounds of docking, and multi-level scene interaction. This competition will hold "10+1+1" events, including 10 preliminary events (The following order is in no particular order, and the actual holding time is subject to the notice of the special competition): Tesla Special Competition, PepsiCo Special Competition, Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group Special Competition, Shanghai City Environmental Science Society Special Competition, Shanghai City Environmental Protection Industry Association Special Competition, New Shanghai Commerce Federation Special Competition, Shanghai International Green and Low-Carbon Concept Verification Center, Soil Pollution Control Special, Green Building Special Competition, Green Finance (Financing) Special Competition;1 finals and award summary event; 1 closed-door docking event with the government of Sanming City, Fujian Province.
3. Participants
(1) Technology-based enterprises in the green and low-carbon field that meet the industrial directions in the "Guidance Catalogue for Green and Low-Carbon Transformation Industries (2024 Edition)", with unlimited scale; or teams whose product and technology research and development have reached the pilot stage, with no less than 3 members. (2) The participating enterprise or team has complete organizational structure, strong cohesion, clear intellectual property rights, clear market demand, and sustainable development potential. (3) The participants have good social reputation and no bad records. (4) Other requirements shall be subject to the official interpretation of the competition.
4. Scoring methods and indicators
(1) Project roadshow. Participating projects use road shows to introduce the project situation, and it is recommended to display it in the form of PPT, and the content generally does not exceed 15 pages. (2) Judges 'scores. The judges rated the four indicators of technological innovation (30%), talent team (30%), market prospects (20%), and operating performance (20%) according to a total score of 100 points.
V. Policy support
(1) Select winning projects and award honorary awards. Including: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 20 winning prize projects. (2) In order to increase the publicity of the "Shanghai Plan" that can be replicated in Shanghai's green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading, no more than 10 "2025 Outstanding Green and Low-carbon Demonstration Cases" will be selected. (3) Recommend project team leaders with outstanding performance in the competition to the Shanghai City Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Young and Middle-aged Engineers, and give preferential treatment in terms of professional title evaluation, talent policies, etc. (4) Recommend excellent projects to enter the Shanghai City Green Project Library and link the financing resources of the Shanghai Green Financial Service Platform. (5) Recommend excellent projects to enter the list of relevant key technologies, excellent cases and demonstration projects of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and Shanghai City. (6) Recommend excellent projects to participate in international and domestic ecological and environment-related conferences. (7) Promote excellent projects to district-level departments to match the latest innovation and entrepreneurship support policies.
