Competition system and field

The Entrepreneurship Competition consists of six field competitions including hard technology (growth), green energy, pan-semiconductor, intelligent manufacturing, life and health, and smart cars, focusing on introducing the digital economy.(Integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, software and information technology services), high-end equipment (intelligent equipment, aviation equipment), new materials and new energy (cutting-edge new materials, key strategic materials, photovoltaics, hydrogen energy), biomedicine (biomedicine, Medical equipment, biological breeding) and other high-level entrepreneurial teams at home and abroad.

entry conditions

For entrepreneurial teams that have not yet registered enterprises in Jiaxing on the date of announcement release, overseas entrepreneurial teams must return to China to start a business within 6 months or are still overseas on the date of announcement release; domestic entrepreneurial teams must have returned to China for more than 6 months on the date of announcement release and meet the following entry conditions:

1. Leaders should generally have a master's degree or above, have domestic and foreign entrepreneurial experience, or have held mid-to-senior technical (management) positions in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions;
2. It has 2-5 reasonably structured entrepreneurial teams, clear entrepreneurial models and development goals, and clear intentions to start a business in Jiaxing. At least one core member has a master's degree or above or equivalent to a deputy senior and above professional and technical position.
3. The participating teams have independent intellectual property rights or invention patents, have mature entrepreneurial projects and plans, and their technological achievements have reached the international advanced or domestic leading level, which meets Jiaxing's industrial development requirements. The products with core technologies are already in the pilot stage and have good market prospects. Among them, those who register for hard technology (growth type) also need to satisfy: the team has entrepreneurial experience, and the leader is the main founder (or legal person) of the company and the largest shareholder or largest natural person shareholder. The annual sales revenue of the company established outside Jiaxing City in the previous year are more than 20 million yuan or the valuation exceeds 100 million yuan. The number of legal persons who serve as leaders shall not exceed 5.

Competition process

• (1) Project declaration. From May to late June, participants log in to the special page of the Jiaxing Personnel Talent Internet Celebrity Boat Cup Competition to register, fill in the registration application and upload attached materials.
• (2) Qualification review. In late June, the competition organizing committee conducted a qualification review of the application materials based on the competition requirements and determined the primary list for shortlisted competitions in various fields.
• (3) Primary election (technical review). In the middle and early days of July, the organizing committee will organize and entrust relevant national authorities to conduct technical reviews to determine the shortlisted list.
• (4) Preliminary match. In August, city competitions will be held in the field of green energy, each with 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, and 4 third prizes.
• (5) Finals. In September, it was held in Jiaxing (during the "Xingyao South Lake·Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Talent Week"). A total of 24 people participated in the top 4 competitions in various fields. The remaining winners went to Jiaxing to attend the summit and negotiate with counties, cities and platforms. One special prize, four first prizes, seven second prizes, and 12 third prizes were decided in the on-site finals.

• Competition bonus
• • 1. Preliminary competition. There will be 1 first prize with a prize money of 20,000 yuan, 3 second prizes with a prize money of 10,000 yuan, and 4 third prizes with a prize money of 5,000 yuan.
• • 2. Finals. There will be 1 special prize with a prize money of 200,000 yuan, 4 first prizes with a prize money of 60,000 yuan, 7 second prizes with a prize money of 30,000 yuan, and 12 third prizes with a prize money of 20,000 yuan.
• • All award-winning projects will receive 30% of the total bonus, and the remaining 70% of the bonus will be obtained based on relevant materials after the project is implemented.

• • Those who have won awards and meet the conditions of the entrepreneurial team project and innovative individual project of the "Xingyao South Lake" Leading Talent Plan will be included in the management of the current year's Leading Talent Plan. The entrepreneurial talent team can enjoy 10 million yuan in Class A, 8 million yuan in Class A, and 5 million yuan in Class B. Entrepreneurship subsidies of 10,000 yuan, 3 million yuan in Class C, and 2 million yuan in Class D; innovative talents can be given to employers based on the annual salary of the talents for 70% of Class A, 60% of Class B, and 50% of Class C. A maximum subsidy of 1 million yuan for Category A, 600,000 yuan for Category B, and 400,000 yuan for Category C will be provided every year, and the subsidy period shall not exceed 3 years. Talents, team leaders, and the first and second core members of Class A and above entrepreneurial teams and innovation teams who have been selected for the Leading Talent Program can apply for 500,000 yuan if they have paid social security in Jia for 6 months or more. Five one-time personal subsidies, including 300,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 50,000 yuan; for those under the age of 35, the subsidy amount will be increased by 20%. Personal subsidies are mainly used for purchasing or renting cars, self-occupied housing, office space, participating in training in professional fields and setting up businesses in this city. In addition, they can also enjoy supporting policies for leading talents in terms of contribution rewards, housing security, residence and entry and exit, settlement, medical care, insurance, children's schooling, and spouse placement.

other matters

• (1) For participants who compete across cities to the venue of the preliminary competition, transportation and accommodation subsidies will be provided based on the place of departure; participants who come to Jiaxing to participate in the finals will be provided with free accommodation, and a transportation subsidy of 500- 5,000 yuan will be provided based on the place of departure.
• (2) Contestants should make cautious commitments on the registration content, and the registration materials will serve as the basis for project assessment and fund allocation. All materials submitted, including the intellectual property rights or invention patents obtained, must comply with relevant regulations and be the responsibility of the person. Contestants are not allowed to apply for other competitions in similar events in other places.
• (3) Those who have been selected for the "Star Glory South Lake" Leading Talent Program (formerly the "Innovation Jiaxing·Elite Leadership Program") are not allowed to apply for this competition.
• (4) If a contestant fills in false information, he or she will be disqualified from participating in the competition and funding, and the funded funds will be recovered, and the legal responsibilities of relevant personnel will be investigated in accordance with the law.
• (5) No fees will be charged to participants in this competition, and the personal income tax on the competition bonuses received by participants should be declared by themselves.
