- Regarding intellectual property: The products, technologies, and related patents involved in the entries belong to the participating teams or enterprises. There should be no intellectual property disputes, and others' intellectual property rights must not be violated. Ensure that all inventions, patented technologies, and resources involved have clear and legitimate intellectual property or property rights.
- Regarding eligibility: The competition focuses mainly on the smart logistics industry, including but not limited to fields such as artificial intelligence, big data, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, information security, new materials, and 5G. Special attention is given to technical areas like AIGC and large models, big data, blockchain, operations research, robotics, and automation.
- Regarding corporate growth potential: Participating enterprises or projects must demonstrate innovation capabilities and high growth potential.

- Innovative teams or enterprises (1) Recommended professional backgrounds include logistics management, logistics engineering, operations research, transportation, industrial engineering, big data, supply chain management, automation, artificial intelligence, etc. (2) It is recommended that each student team be guided by a corresponding project mentor.
- Technologically innovative enterprises in the domestic and international smart logistics sectors.
- Suppliers closely linked to SF Express’s business segments upstream and downstream, or those currently under evaluation.
- Government talent programs or smart logistics-related enterprises.
Competition Structure
The innovation category is open to student teams, startup teams, or enterprises with research achievements (including ongoing projects) from both inside and outside universities. Teams can choose to compete based on self-selected topics according to their project specifics. The application category is aimed at established enterprises with mature research results and business cooperation needs. In principle, each participating team should consist of no more than 5 members.

Competition EvaluationThe judging panel consists of representatives from Zhejiang University, SF Express Technology, Zhejiang University National University Science Park, SF Express Innovation Center, and investment institutions.
evaluation criteriaIn principle, the evaluation criteria differ between the innovation and application categories. The innovation category emphasizes innovation in outcomes, while the application category focuses on practical applicability. The evaluation standards are jointly developed by Zhejiang University National University Science Park and SF Express Technology.
Scoring CriteriaThe judging panel will independently score the projects based on the actual defense performance and referring to the scoring criteria using a scoring system. The scoring principle is as follows: Based on the weight ratio of industry judges, an average score is calculated, and rankings are determined according to the final scores of each project. Specifically:
Semifinal scoring: Final judge score90% + 10% online voting; Final scoring: Final judge score90% + Final score from the guest judging panel*10%。
Awards (only for finals)1. Award principles: One first prize, one second prize, and two third prizes are awarded in each of the innovation and application categories. All teams that advance to the semifinals receive an excellence award. Awards will be distributed uniformly after all competition stages conclude.
