##Notice on Soliciting Members for the Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Industry Alliance All relevant units: To thoroughly implement the spirit of the “Shanghai Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Green and Low-Carbon Industries (2022–2025)”, generate new momentum by addressing market demands related to the “Six Transformations (clean energy, low-carbon raw materials, functional materials, efficient processes, electrified end-use, and resource recycling)”, and focus on making breakthroughs in the “Five New Areas (new technologies, new processes, new materials, new equipment, and new energy sources)”, the Shanghai Energy Efficiency Center, with the support and guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, established the Shanghai Green and Low-Carbon Industry Development Alliance. The alliance brings together enterprises, universities, research institutions, financial institutions, and other organizations involved in green and low-carbon initiatives, aiming to pool efforts and build a high-quality green and low-carbon industrial ecosystem. The main tasks of the alliance include：

• 1. Promote the development of green and low-carbon industries;
• 2. Conduct research on standards, regulations, and policies;
• 3. Demonstrate and promote product technologies;
• 4. Establish platforms for technical exchanges and cooperation;
• 5. Carry out active consulting services;
• 6. Systematically organize promotional and science popularization activities. To better integrate resources for the development of green and low-carbon industries and create a comprehensive exchange and cooperation platform covering the entire industry chain, we are now publicly seeking members for an alliance from enterprises and organizations in ten key sectors across the city, including cutting-edge technologies, high-end equipment, ultra-high energy efficiency, low-carbon metallurgy, new energy vehicles, hydrogen energy, green materials, carbon trading and finance, carbon capture and utilization, and smart grids. There is no membership fee required.
